A few months ago my father passed away. My life had turned into a whirlwind when I started to empty out his home and place it on the market. Bill Lewis stepped in as my realtor and made the process very easy. He was always professional, punctual and very informative. I never felt like I had to chase after him whenever I had a question. He would reply right away. Mr. Lewis sold my father’s home just three months.

My favorite thing about Bill as a real estate professional is his enthusiasm. Anyone can drive you around to open houses, but with his diligence and expertise, Bill can make sure you not only find the right home but also get the right deal for your situation. It helps that he has an undergraduate background in business and knows the finance side of real estate. Bill is a young guy but he has maturity beyond his years. My family recently started working with Bill Lewis of Assurance Realty as our real estate agent. He was referred to me by my friend when I was not enjoying my experience with a previous agent. When we started working with Bill, his approach and way of working with us was so different. These are the differences that have made working with him better then any other experience we have had:
He never once showed us a property that was ridiculously out of our price range. Every agent before had.
He has been incredibly patient with us in trying to figure out what is going to work for our family property wise. We have wavered between an income or a single family for some time. And he keeps his eye out for exactly what might work. Instead of showing us a bunch of properties that we would have no interest in. Which was our prior experience.
Bill also with every property we have been serious about before (which has only been a few) he has given us a guesstimate break down on what our future expenses would be for the property along with the closing costs. This has been incredibly helpful in making such a big decision. Prior to working with Bill we had only put in one offer, but in no way did that agent go above and beyond like Bill did with the breakdowns of the property to help us make the decision.
And lastly Bill is just a really nice guy who is very easy to be around. Which is great when you do end up spending quite a bit of time with your agent. Plus it’s one of the biggest decisions one makes in there life and he seems to have your back which ever way you want to go about it. There is no pressure as we did feel with other agents.
I feel so lucky to have found him as an agent. It will be a bitter sweet ending when we do find that property:)

Buying a house is a daunting, stressful thing…
