Red Carpet Inn & Suites

Do not stay here, It’s disgusting. The room was filthy, the carpets stained so badly, they’re ruined. I had to plug in the tv, the fridge, the microwave. Then I put the lampshade back on the light. The room, as well as the furniture, smells so badly. The worst problem, is the cockroach infestation. I’m still here as I write this, and I’ve been swinging my flip-​flop at roaches all day. I’ve had all the lights on… just to keep them off me. Never again, $ 60 to sleep with insects, and in such condition.

Staff was great, But thats it.
Room was a disaster. Had to change rooms twice. We stayed on the 4^th floor and wow. The elevator barely works and shakes like crazy. Every room smells like weed. This is the perfect hotel for weed smokers. If you smoke weed, these people will let you blaze up all day and night. Just step into the elevator and you will know exactly what I am talking about.
Nothing in this place works, tv had issues, bed had issues, bathroom was an absolute joke. The shower head look like it was from the 70s and covered in rust or some other shit. The tub had a some kinda non-​slip mat that they tried to glue down and it just did not work, leaving a brownish residue. The door lock for joining rooms, was like a wooden ice-​cream stick.
Microwave did not work, the fridge did not work, the bathroom lights did not work. Maid cleaned room and left door open. WIDE open, had my laptop, tablet and other things in the room.
for 55.00 a night, your better off staying in your car or at ANY other hotel. Typical prices in the area are around just that, 55 a night. Do not make the same mistake I did. This hotel is not worth 40 a night… MAYBE 20.00 a night. Sorry to the staff, but the hotel needs too much work.
BTW Wifi sucks.

This hotel/​motel brings a whole new meaning to their terms «no frills.» The ice machines on the 3^rd and 1^st floor were 1 of their very few «amenities», both out of order. The one on the 3^rd floor was actually opened up so you can see the inside of it, I wouldn’t use it if it were in working order, COVERED in mold is an understatement… Among other things. from the broken handle on the toilet, rust/​water stains around the base of the bowl, mold all over the shower, there was (what appeared to be) throw up dried onto the fridge… Needless to say, we did not stay here, nor should you if you care about your health!
