Worst customer service ever! Waited an hour and a half, even after I signed in. They kept taking people who came in after me and when I complained they said ‘oh, well one of our associates is just calling for those who are picking up.’ I’m sorry, when you have a waiting area full of people, you take them first come first serve. As it was, each pick up took at least 15 – 20 minutes because of adjustments, tests, paperwork, etc, and nobody who worked there seemed to have any sense of urgency. Nobody checked in with me at all. When it was finally my turn, all I wanted was to have a scratch buffed out, but she simply said oh we don’t do that, without even asking to look at my glasses to asses. And since my glasses were purchased there, but out of warranty, I’m sh*t out of luck, and need to buy new lenses now. I made it clear that I will be taking my business elsewhere and will never take my business there again.

Love the prices and fast service. The place was soo busy on this saturday, yet I was helped quickly. I tried on 40 different frames before I picked out the perfect pair for me. The girl talked to me about the different options for the lens and all the pricing. I was lucky enough to use a coupon and got any pair of frames for 40 $. They even included a free glasses case. They texted me when my glasess were ready for pickup. This is definately a place I wil go for all my optomtry needs

One star because they have a decent selection of frames and take my crappy vision insurance. I would have still been tempted by 0 if it was an option though. I picked out my glasses the day before I came to actually purchase and yet I have now spent 3 hours here waiting in lines and I’m still standing here without my glasses. If you have literally any other options, use them. I won’t be back for any amount of savings or adjustments after I leave here today. Ridiculous.
