I had a red left eye for 2 days and felt like there was something underneath my lid especially every time when I blinked. I didn’t want to go blind and this could be an emergency! So on Friday, I called around to nearby places but the optometrists were either not there or weren’t taking any customers even when I told them my situation. I even called early in the morning but it seems like all the optometrists want to leave around 2pm and I won’t be able to get seen until Monday!
So I drove to this place which is across from Maine Mall and the ladies in the front were very nice and actually squeezed me into his schedule! My experience was great and they did more tests than the usual places I used to go for an eye exam. I’m glad everything is normal! He was friendly and prescribed me something for my eye and a week later, my eyes felt better and they took my vision plan so I didn’t have to pay anything that day. Awesome customer experience!
