Bedrosians Tile and Stone

I recently did a complete kitchen remodel and went to Bedrosians to check out their granite, etc. I was fortunate to ask Adrianna for help. She was extremely knowledgeable about her products and made the whole process a breeze. She went the extra mile during each purchase and because of such great service Bedrosians became a one stop shop… She also recommended a really great fabricator who turned out to be s great find!!! I love how welcoming the environment is as I first walked inside. The employees were friendly they greeted us right away and offered some help. All the displays were beautifully placed neatly with enough information attached dealing with prices, color, and the type of material it’s made. I look forward to returning again!

Never have I been compelled to write any reviews on Unilocal but an exception this time has lead me to give my highest praise to Bedrosian’s and particularly to their staff, Jeff. Jeff has great product knowledge and provides helpful tips on choosing the right tiles for the right purpose and usage. He is thorough and meticulous. As flooring is a major consideration in any home or commercial spaces, there is a vast array of flooring choices. Jeff is able to break down choices based by materials, durability, etc and provide insights on how to create a sense of flow with certain tiles and more! Couple these qualities with his immense wealth of knowledge in interior design, I could not find a better professional to help me with my selection of flooring anywhere else! Thank you to Bedrosian’s for a wonderful team of staff; nonetheless, a huge selection of tiles. Most of all, thank you to Jeff for your time and dedication to a client’s needs.

I worked with Jeff for my first renovation project. He has a background in internal design and that really help with the whole process!
He help me visualize the different combination of tiles by hand drawing many scenarios. He also suggested many subtle details that I may totally miss by myself.
The end results come out to be very beautiful and I’m very happy about it.
Highly recommended for their huge selection of tiles and easy to work with staffs.

Just bought a house and starting renovations and completely overwhelmed with all the choices to make. I walked into Bedrosians and was immediately greeted by Monique who asked a few questions and led me to a few sections with the type of tile and flooring I was looking for. Still being overwhelmed as to what colors to choose to match my bathroom vanity she came to my rescue and suggested several lovely combinations. I fell in love with one of the combinations and mentioned that now I had to figure out paint. She then brought out paint samples! And she suggested the perfect color… I’m so excited to start my project but would be no where near beginning it without Monique.

We have bought travertine tile and granite for counter tops. Customer service was great and the price was as well.

Very happy with recommendation and design suggestion, but spent over three hours at the store (unfortunately on my birthday) to find out that our top choice and three alternates were not going to be available for over two months. Came back later to buy tiles for the backslash and had much better luck, also had to pick something up at SJ location, lovely service, but they were super super busy.

Dear Bedrodian employees– you need a lesson in customer service. I have been in your show room twice and not one time did anyone offer me any help. Both times the place was empty and both times all the employees were sitting behind their desks and barely looked up when I walked in. I am not going to beg someone to help me. Considering I was the only in the store it would have been nice for someone to see if I needed something.

Wide selection, generous with samples, and overall good quality for a reasonable price point that range from traditional to contemporary. Showroom is spacious and even has a small play area for kids.
We got our bathroom tiles and matching Laticrete mildew-​resistant grout with Tanya’s help. Ordering was easy after testing the samples for our house.

Cabinets and More, Inc referred us to Bedrosian Tile and Marble. There stuff is more traditional high end than what I was looking for at this time. Geri was useful in explaining some countertop specs for us.

Recently did an order for bathroom floor tiles and accent pieces and I was very happy with the services Geri provided. She was very helpful, and prompt with follow-​up questions. The price for the tiles I got was very reasonable and they were on sale. The shipment arrived timely and shipping cost was very low, unlike its competitor on the other «Corner.» I wished I had come here for my other bathroom projects.

My experience at Bedrosians was phenomenal so I had to write a review, which I typically don’t do.
We are doing a bathroom remodel in a fairly short time, so spent several hours at the store trying to make decisions in a day on some tiles. Prior to my visit to Bedrosians, I had gone to tile stores and got no guidance from the service reps for what we would be wanting and what combos would work.
Geri was who I worked with at the store, and she was extremely patient and thoughtful with me and all around a very sweet woman. I was really impressed by her attention to the details I was communicating and her customer service. We put together different combos, holding it up against model vanities, etc, and we ended up picking out some gorgeous tiles for the shower and bathroom floor. The bathroom is still being done, but I am confident it will turn out beautiful.
By the end of my visit there, Geri and I even hugged goodbye! Couldnt have asked for better service at a tile store. SO definitely go check out Bedrosians and ask for Geri!

Bedrosians has some of the best all around selection of tiles that are very reasonable priced. I highly recommend you work with Ashley as she is as knowledgable and professional as they come and also has a great eye for design. i’m looking forward to working with her on my next renovation project in my home.

I purchased grout from Bedrosians and my tile guys used too much water when mixing the grout. The grout had to be removed and redone. I called Bedrosians to ask what my options were and April told me to come in and they would GIVE me a new bag of grout even though they knew it was the installers mistake THANK YOU my grout looks fabulous!!!

Happily will provide samples if u ask nicely! Ask for April, she knows her stuff and she’s great to work with!

This place has decent prices and decent selection. Definitely check out the clearance section, the tile they have there rotates and you can get some great deals.
Service wise they can get busy at times and they only have a limited staff. But once its your turn, they are pretty helpful.

The selection is ok and if you know exactly what you want then it could be a good place to go. Not my experience…
I went in needing some guidance. The sales person came over and steered me right to a certain tile pattern. When I told him more of what I had in mind and that I don’t generally like that style, he showed me two similar styles. I reiterated my dislike for that design and he basically told me to then look around and let him know if I see anything I liked.
I did find some glass tiles as accent pieces that I liked and got a good deal on them, but over all I was underwhelmed by the whole experience.

Though I didn’t end up buying any tile here, I stopped by on my search for reasonably priced Carrera marble tile (12 in X 12 inch). They didn’t have what I was looking for, but in addition to their regularly priced stock, they had five or six kinds of 12 X 12 natural stone tile (granite, etc) that were amazing bargains, as in the $ 3 or $ 4 per square foot price range. (They keep this stock outside in bins to the right of the showroom.) That said, if you are looking for a deal for natural stone tile, this place is worth a stop to check out their bargain stock.

Though they have a great selection, the service experience was terrible. First time, they were ordering a sample for me which should take 4 – 5 days. When I heard nothing I called them. They assured me they would be in touch and the sample was coming. After another week, I left a message and never received a response.
Second time, they were going to send a picture of several panels of ledge stone in 20 minutes. Several hours later, nothing. So I called and then said they were just about to send it. Nothing ever came.
I gave up and bought from another store that actually seems to be responsive. Too bad as they had nice stuff and we are doing a large remodel.
