Specialties
We handcraft our artisanal chocolate bon bons, caramels, and truffles in small batches. Many of our products start with our housemade jams, marmalades, and nut butters. And we hand «paint» or airbrush our bon bons with colored cocoa butter to create miniature, delicious artworks!
The majority of our ingredients are locally sourced, including our main supplier of chocolate. But we do use 5 different chocolate producers, so that the flavor of each confection is optimized.
History
Established in 2010.
I love being in the kitchen, and in 2005, I entered the State Fair and won several awards, including a Merit in a chocolate contest. I entered for many years thereafter and the final year, took Best of Show in 2 of 3 catagories.
My husband and my best friend suggested that I try selling some of my caramels at the SF Underground to see if I could make a business of confection making. I sold to the Underground, and I was hooked. I wanted to explore new chocolate ideas, create recipes, and enjoy watching people enjoy my «kids». in 2012, I became «full time» at my company, CocoTutti, and still love going into «work».
Since opening CocoTutti, we have won numerous awards and accolades from national and regional chocolate contests and typically sell our handcrafted, beautiful chocolates at wineries, events, and via our website.
