Joe Limo

We went with Joe Limo on a recommendation from our cousin who lives in San Fran and has used his services for a Napa run. Joe was very flexible, connected us with our driver information that week, and came at a very reasonable rate. Our driver, Toufeek, arrived 30 minutes early and battled some steep hills and turns to pick us up. Limo was clean, glassware was prepped, and ice buckets filled ready for our champagne. He also had extra water bottles stowed for us, as well as gave us an auxiliary cord to play our own music and wine opener. He could not have been any nicer! Very flexible with our schedule, kind, and professional. We did pay cash — not sure which forms of payment they offered, but we thought that would be easiest. Would absolutely use them again!

I used Hani’s services a few years back for a Napa trip to entertain some guest out of town. Hani was super professional and punctual. The limo was clean inside and out.

Had a great experience using Joe Limo for a birthday trip to Sonoma. I originally came across them on one of the coupon sites, but when I called them to ask them about it, Hani told me to go with their own special deal — $ 85/​hour with a 5 hour minimum. If I had gotten the coupon, there would be other fees and gratuity tacked on which would have brought the total close to the price he quoted me. Plus they would’ve been super strict on the time. So he convinced me to book at their price.
I emailed him the details, and two days before my actual reservation, I get a text from them confirming the reservation was still on and subsequently got the name and number of the driver.
On the day of, our driver Sunny arrived with the limo very promptly at my requested pick up location. As a pretty punctual person myself, I was very impressed that he came right on time.
The limo itself was very clean and in great condition. As promised, there were 8 champagne flutes positioned throughout along with at least 6 glass cups (there might’ve been more off to the side where I couldn’t see). They provided a bottle of complimentary champagne, plenty of ice, and many small bottles of water. There was also plenty of room to put your own alcohol on the ice, so I took out my two bottles of wine and bottle of champagne and arranged them. (Tip: bring orange juice if you want to make mimosas!)
Once we all piled into the car, we told Sunny our first destination, and with that, our trip had started! The time spent in the limo passed by super quickly since all 8 of us were just chatting and fighting over who gets to DJ (they have a cable so you can plug in your phone, iPod, etc.) and just having a lot of fun in general. The return experience was the same and I walked away very satisfied with my choice of going with Joe Limo for celebrating my special day :)
Oh and when you go with their rate, you only get charged partial amounts for any time over the 5 hours instead of for another full hour. We came back 20 minutes over and were only charged for another extra ¹⁄₃ of an hour. Very reasonable!

I wanted to do something special for my wife’s birthday, to celebrate it with her girlfriends, so I started to look around for a reasonable limousine service
I found «Joe Limo» on Groupon, but I wasn’t looking for a trip to the Airport or Napa, I was looking for a custom trip to San Francisco (couple of stops) on a Friday night
Hani replied to my email right away, and he explained over the phone exactly how does the groupon work. He offered a different rate (higher than cost of the Groupon). but assuring me that it covers everything (including all fees, gratuities, etc).
I agreed to pay more than what other companies offered on other discount sites, mostly because of the time he took to answer all my questions and his reviews in Unilocal.Ultimately I wanted a stress-​free experience for my wife
Mario showed up almost 20 minutes earlier. he’s very nice and gave my 4 y/​o son a tour of the beautiful limousine while my wife was ready
During the 5 hour ride, he was extremely courteous and a true gentleman, opening and closing doors, and helping my wife and her friends to get in and out of the limo.
They arrive a few minutes after we agreed (traffic), but he didn’t change anything extra
Now my wife and friends are already planning other nights out on a limo, after such a nice experience :)

Joe limo service was amazing he showed up early with a clean car inside and out, very professional and nice guy took us every were we wanted to go I would recommend mr hani to all my family and friends and one more thing also james o please stop hating on mr hani .
Mr hani was a really nice guy

I hired Hani to drive a group of 6 people to wine taste in the Santa Cruz mountains area as a celebration for my parents 30^th anniversary from 11 am — 4 pm.
I’ll start with the positives:
— Hani responded to all emails /​phone calls promptly
— He arrived early for pick-​up
— The limo was clean
— He drove us to 3 wineries in the Santa Cruz mountains area, some windy roads aren’t easy to navigate in a limo and he did a fine job driving
Negative:
— Hani wasn’t very friendly throughout the trip but I would never write a negative review on this basis alone. He did the job required and was totally satisfactory until the very end.
The reason I have to give this limo service 2 stars:
Hani and I had a miscommunication about the method of payment. Although we originally had agreed the transaction would be in cash, I emailed him the day before the trip asking if we could pay with a check instead. I thought his email response indicated that a check would be acceptable, although I would later find out that was not his intention.
When the trip concluded and I asked where I could make the check payable to, Hani told me he would only accept cash, no check or credit card. I responded that I emailed him about paying with a check and he said that I hadn’t.
When it was clear we didn’t have the large amount of cash required, instead of working with us to resolve the situation (agreeing to wait for us to go to an ATM or following us to one to save time) Hani became irate and started yelling at not only me but the whole group about how we had «screwed» him and that he had another appointment he had to get to. He then began shouting that he would never have taken the job had he known our destinations, although I had sent him the itinerary and the directions 3 days prior and he confirmed everything was fine. His tirade continued as he said that we had treated him poorly and with disrespect all day, but I have no idea what this was referring to. We were polite, timely and quiet at all destinations and throughout the ride. After about a minute the situation devolved into a shouting match on my parent’s driveway and my dad and I asked everyone to calm down. Hani refused and continued to raise his voice. Eventually two of our party drove to the nearest ATM and got the cash required and we paid him about 10 minutes after the initial blow-​up. His last remark to me was to check my email again, and he drove off.
To his credit, during this confrontation he stated that a tip was unnecessary, which I appreciated given how the situation had unfolded. I had planned to give him an extra $ 50 when I wrote the check, but he did not insist on any tip that I had become reluctant to give him at that point.
Had it not been for how surprisingly unprofessional Hani was at the end of the day, it would have been acceptable, although not stellar service. The fact that he lost his temper immediately when I tried to pay with a check, becoming confrontational and aggressive, leads me to not recommend this service.

I’m happy to be Joe limo’s first review. Mr Hani was our driver for my wedding. I was hesitant, since there are so many limo companies in the SF Bay Area and he did not have any reviews. But Mr Hani did not disappoint. He promptly answers emails, phone calls, and even confirms all details several days before the wedding.
Come wedding day, Mr Hani arrived 30 minutes early, knew everywhere that we needed to go, and was professional. He made my wedding day so much less stressful and everything went on schedule (early in fact!) I am glad I decided to hire him.
