I had no previous experience with a property management company prior to getting involved with TMPM. I live in Maryland most of the year and needed someone I could really trust to handle the properties I own in Sparks. From the beginning, the staff at TMPM handled everything from finding great tenants, to arranging for maintenance. The web based system for reviewing my monthly statements is extremely helpful for getting a complete and clear look at what’s going on with my properties.
