The staff that cleaned my home maybe a ½ dozen times did a wonderful job; however, to my knowledge neither of the two women(Aracelli and Erma) are not employed by Connor cleaning any longer. On the last visit to my home, a new woman in training assisted and I was simply not pleased with the quality of work. As a result, I have decided to try another company to help me keep my house clean. The business owner, Deanna, is very nice and offers very competitive pricing. Perhaps she will be able to successfully find a new crew that knows how to clean. I believe she mainly services the Lake Travis/Lakeway area. Deanna has been in the industry for about 13 years or so and is insured. The one major negative for me was how difficult communication with Deanna was(e.g., to confirm, reschedule, cancel appointments, ask questions, etc.). After several calls to two different phone numbers, Deanna never answered so I was always forced to leave a message. Not a big deal except that it sometimes took days to receive a return call. She does not provide direct contact information for her crew which can be a little inconvenient. It wasn’t until I obtained Deanna’s cell phone number that I was able to have prompt communication with her via texts. So, if you want to give her a try… be sure to ask for her cell number and cross your fingers for a response. Cash or check only. UPDATE4÷29÷2014: As I previously mentioned, COMMUNICATION, ORLACKTHEREOF, is a HUGEPROBLEM when employing Connor Cleaning’s services. Despite my call to Deanna last week — of course I had to leave a voice mail — a women whom I’ve NEVERMET(and whom I certainly didn’t expect) showed up at my house today and said«Hi, I’m _____. I’m here to clean your house.» WHAT?! I explained the situation to and apologized to her for wasting her time which she obviously was none to pleased about. Sadly, I cannot recommend Connor Cleaning Services.
