Subway

I am giving 5 stars, not only because of the great sandwiches I receive from there but also because of the Manager. She has amazing customer service, as a person who works in customer service for a living I notice when I receive excellent service! Today I brought to her attention that I recently was unhappy with the customer service I received from 2 of her employees when I was in there. She apologized and seemed very concerned. She mentioned that she values regular customers and said that should not happen again! That is what makes a great Manager!

I go to Subway a lot, because I consider the sandwich to be nature’s most perfect food. Ok, seriously now, I like that I can go to just about any Subway in the country and will get the sandwich I have in mind the way I like it.
This location impressed me because when I got there there were a ton of folks on line but the one employee there was doing an excellent job of getting through every one’s orders quickly and efficiently, greeting everyone else as they came in, and was pleasant and smiling the whole time. She was slammed the whole time but never appeared rushed. I have been at locations that were not nearly as crowded and it took me a lot longer to get my order. Wish I had gotten her name so I could compliment her in this review.
My only complaint and why I knocked off a star is that I feel Subway’s prices have gotten too high. But, if you are going to Subway this location is great!
