Copeland Architecture and Construction is an award-​winning firm dedicated to the design and construction of sensible, creative and sustainable projects throughout the last 25 years in the Northwest.

Our design goal is simple – to create the best solution. There are many appropriate solutions that can be found, but only through communication, exploration and collaboration can we collectively come to the best, most appropriate solution. We consider every project an opportunity for our clients to participate in a unique and artful design process.

History

Established in 1985.

Over the past 25 years in the Spokane & Coeur d’Alene area, Copeland Architecture & Construction has become an award-​winning leader in the design-​build residential market providing clients an enjoyable custom home experience in new and remodel construction. More recently, Copeland has gained a reputation for intuitive and responsive commercial design services in office, retail, tenant improvement and hospitality projects throughout the Northwest.

Jeff F.

Business Owner

Jeff Fountain, AIA, CGP — Principal Architect.

Since 1998, Jeff has been contributing architectural and construction management services in the Inland Northwest. Through this tenure, he has coordinated both large and small commercial projects, yet since 2000 has been primarily focused on design-​build residential projects. Jeff’s pursuit of custom residential architecture has been to provide efficient design solutions to the client’s specific building site and respect individual requirements and budgets. Jeff stays active in his church, enjoys the outdoors camping and canoeing and plays golf whenever the tennis courts are full.

Bachelor of Architecture, Kansas State University

Bachelor of Science in Construction Science and Management, Kansas State University
