Decent food, nice people, just slow service. If you’re not in a rush, stop by! The salmon, pepper encrusted sirloin, skillets… all great and just the right portion! And for an appetizer get the pretzels and beer cheese dip… oh yum! They have some fun moonshines too! More consistent service would bring this up a star!

Eating poor in this Neighborhood or I won’t see you tomorrow. Either slogan fits the bill for this restaurant. Multiple changes to their slogan, food and environment has turned this franchise in a downward spiral. The Pub Diet menu lacks taste, options and well reminds me of diet food. I tried a Pub Burger special and my wife chose a chicken entrée from the pub diet. Both of us ate a few bites only consuming 1⁄3 of the meal before turning to the desserts for the save. The chicken was dry, over cooked and scorching hot coming out(microwave). The burger tasted bland, without seasoning and again over cooked(ordered medium, received well done). Unfortunately the Cheese Cake dessert did not save this meal. I’ve tried the regular menu on my previous visit and noticed a change in taste. I’m not sure if it’s the chef or how the food is prepared but it all tastes under seasoned and over cooked. Pros: Service is great Cons: Everything else

This is my first visit to this location. A friendly place with a local theme. The service was the worst. The server spilled water on the table, went to get a napkin and never returned. Ordered an appetizer that never arrived, but she offered to bring it with the main course. She then offered to take it off my bill. Gee thanks. I always pay for something I never got! Then she complained about the kitchen and how busy it was??? Overall the food was good. Steak was perfectly cooked and the veggies were flavorful.

«Apple Not to Bee“s What«Neighborhood» is Applebee’s talking about anyway. Not my neighborhood! But whose neighborhood *is* Spring Hill* anyway? Maybe there is still a farmer or two here from back before California and Michigan stormed in to fill the genetic monstrosity of subdivisioned farm lots, as the old agrarians toppled one by one and succumbed to the advance of the indomitable, unstoppable, inhuman machinery of progress — a machinery, by the way, whose«sweet tea» is grossly overpriced(in fact, it costs about as much as the waitress makes in one hour before tips). Applebee’s may have had a facelift and upgraded to a fancy menu innovated by a «gore-mett cheff, but it still doesn’t get my precious patronage. This whole Spring HIll chain restaurant disaster looks like we must have realtor’s and developers in the city council. Let’s all go back to making food at home, like they did before all the crappy restaurants came here. Let’s maker our own goldarn sweet tea and give it away! Let’s all get out there and tell Applebee’s how we really feel! And let’s get some of those tasty bruschetta burgers while we’re at it! I’m too tired to cook…
