The bottled drink selection is terrible. Anytime I’ve gone in to get a Gatorade they never have G2 yet they still advertise they are 2 for $ 4. The first time I thought maybe they had just sold out but I’ve gone in more than 4 times and had the same experience. Maybe if they cut down on the beer section they would be able to make me happy AND they could decrease the number of criminal incidents. At least once per week there are multiple cop cars with their lights on dealing with something in their parking lot. Also, the clerks are very rude

Worst service they rip you off all the time!!! They over charge you on refills and when you bring your refill cup and show them they still try to charge you regular price. Items have price tags or are on the shelf with tags and they still try and over charge you then when you tell them they say someone made a mistake on the prices and they’ll charge you what they feel is correct. I will not shop here ever again I’ll drive out of my way for better honest service!

Horrible service! It took me 5 min to make my coffee and when i tried to pay for it the old asian lady told me that they only accept cash(i guess they had some issues with the credit card machine). Since i don’t carry cash with me i had to give the coffee back — which is ridiculous since no one can drink my coffee. Luckily i found couple bucks in my car so at least i got the damn coffee. NEVER Again!!! stay away from that place

The first negative experience that my partner and I had was that he got charged twice due to the clerks negligence. She rang him up then started another transaction on the register next to her, his transaction was approved so he started to leave and another clerk said you have to pay for that. He was startled because it was their own doing that they didn’t realize he paid. So she forced him to swipe again and he walked to the door while looking at his acct on his phone and sure enough he was charged twice. It took over 5 minutes to reverse the second charge and never once did either clerk apologize for their bad service or wrong doing. Tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back: my partner ran in to grab something and as he was paying the girl behind him started taking down his cc info and his pin, the clerk said absolutely nothing when I could see it all happening from outside. The clerks and employees of this 711 don’t take any pride in their jobs and could care less about the person across the register from them funding their employment. We will no longer visit this 711 or any if we can avoid it at all costs.

Coffee selections today were pretty decent however the coffee did not taste too good. I hope that it is not like this all of the time. The service was good so I will chalk this up to just a bad cup of joe.
