Jack in the Box

This is our quick stop before getting on the freeway for school. The only good thing about Jack in the Box is breakfast. Everything else is Jack in the Crack, as in you must be smoking crack if you like their food. Just gross! The croissant sandwiches are buttery and flaky, but a little pricey for the size. Hash browns are always greasy to perfection. If you’re going through the drive thru ignore the first menu board. My first time I stopped there and waited forever not realizing the speaker is not located there. Apparently the mechanism that lets the employees know someone is in the drive thru was either not working or they just enjoyed ignoring me. I finally drove up to the window and was scolded for not ordering on the right spot. I don’t eat fast food that often so my bad for being a little fast food illiterate. The employees are not rude, just not particularly friendly either, like they have a maximum word count per customer.

Very convenient location before you hit the freeway going to town,
fast food is fast food, Jack is Jack, always was, always is.
There’s some other Jack here complaining the place is run by
high schoolers, wonder what’s worse…
High Schoolers working & earning money is an economically depressed area
or «post» high schoolers like «Jack L» who complain about kids selling .99 cent items
in a drive-​thru fast food spot.

Rebooting the system at 6am? Are you guys a bank? No you’re a shitty restaurant that serves poor quality food. Your system is run by high school students. You shouldn’t need to «shut down» to re boot the system. YOU ARE NOT 24 HOURS !!! You are run by idiots. I will not be back

This is hands down the THE WORST jack in the box I’ve ever been to. I got food poisoning so bad from this place that I’ll never ever visit another jack in the box again.

2 separate transactions per car. Ok but it’s 1am, I’m currently the only customer you have & I just wanted ONE MORE transaction at the window and KENNY tells me he can’t do it for me LAUGHING with his other employees. He said I can go all the way around again & he’ll take my order, laid back n shit with his arms crossed. Byeeeeeeee

Yes, Burgers can be greasy but this place taste like everything is re fried twice. Staff is nice. The fryer need to have its oil changed because you can taste all the grease from every type of food for months. I only blame my self at this point for always going back and saying «maybe today i will not taste so much oil» If you are drunk than maybe this can pass. Sober and looking for lunch. Nope.

TWICE they screwed up! I asked the lady in the drive thru «Is everything in this bag». She looked around behind her and saw everyone was busy then answered «Yes». I was on the phone and I didn’t want to hold up the people in the back of me, so I TRUSTED her butt after peeking inside the bag.
I drive home and find out I’m missing one extra sandwhich, which I paid for and is on the receipt… I decided not to drive back since it’s a waste of my damn time to drive there to complain. One of the worst Jack in the Box places I’ve been too!

As we were placing our large order in drive through, we were told we would be charged an extra $ 2 for each «Munchie Meal» because it was not after 9pm, and then asked if that would be ok. I told the girl that it wasn’t really ok since we have ordered these same meals several times in the past before 9pm and never got charged more than regular price. The girl apologized and said she had no choice but to charge us extra. I told her we would take our business elsewhere, and went down the street to Carl’s Jr. and got a great dinner without being overcharged because of the time we decided to eat! Jack’s greed for an extra couple bucks cost him a $ 40 order!

People are nice & order came out quick but the cheese wasn’t even melted on my burger! :(

Honestly, this Jack in the Box just continues to disappoint.
They messed up the order of my group twice, even going so far as to switch half of our order to someone else’s that didn’t order it, and give US half of that someones order. The hamburgers were incredibly poorly made, even as far as «slapping them together» goes. They also, another time, messed up the order of the tacos of the girl in front of us. How do you mess up Jack in the Box TACOS? Separate time, I got a Philly Cheese Steak melt, and it was half frozen. Another time, they refused my card when it wouldn’t swipe even though I had my ID to prove it was me. The last time my card wouldn’t swipe the employee just typed the numbers in, but this employee was too lazy to bother. Also, any sandwich I get from this place is so crappily put together its unappetizing. I won’t be going back, I gave them too many chances as it is, and will be going to Carl’s Jr from now on!

The workers are always nice and it is always busy but the service is great and fast. This is the only jack in the box I’ve been to with this kinda of service

It’s jack in the box, service is ok, food is ok .The place is walking distance from the house so I can’t complain. They now have cronuts which I thought was very random, they tasted interesting.

Wow. Terrible customer service. I walked in and 2 female employees where talking and continued to talk as I stood at the counter. I had to wait until their conversation was over to place my order. Once I placed my order the employee «analiza» didn’t say anything much less a thank you and went back to talking to the other employee. I went to the dining room to wait. There was an employee on her break in a booth talking on her cellphone quite loudly. Very annoying. Terrible service.

Its alright, order eggrolls they were delcious, but i found a couple of burnt fries in my box.

Why Jack? Why?
What is going Jack? The Supreme Croissants Breakfast sandwiches have shrunk down to the size of a McMuffin! For shame! (
) They still have that great flavor with bacon, ham, cheese, and eggs on a buttery flaky warm croissant, but after about 4 bites it is gone and left me still hungry (
).
I really enjoy these croissant sandwiches, but at the same price and a much smaller size, I think not! Why did you do this to me Jack in a Box? You’re one of my favorite places to get my fast food fixes. The agony indeed… so sad. I dunno what to do.
Well at least the service was descent and the croissant was tasty…

This is definitely one of the worst Jack n the Box restaurants to visit if you’ve come for tacos. They are regularly out of the items I come for. I am a huge fan of the tacos… but here they will stuff them with so much lettuce that it tastes as if the meet was used to top it instead of the other way around.
The service is rather quick and recent remodel does the location some visual justice so I can give an extra star for effort. Everything else is rather Jack in the Boxish so you can’t really mess that up. Customer service is the same. Meh… nothing that separates it from most locations.

Yes it’s a fast food spot but they have the best drive thru service. They are always accurate with my order and they always ask me what sauce I want and actually give me the sauce with napkins! Compare this to any other fast food spot around here where they never get my order right, ask what sauce I want and never give it to me anyway or rude drive thru service. I can always count in this jack n the box location.

The one here on campo rd is probably one of the fastest jack in the box i’ve been to. There service is excellent. Every time I come here I don’t really have a problem so yea.

This Jack in the Box is on my way to work & I normally stop by for a mango smoothie (omg, its a must try!) Theres always a particular cashier that works drive through, I always think shes checking me out ha ha ha or maybe its just me! Anyways, I’ve always recieved fast service here especially through drive-​thru since I hardly ever get out of my car! The location is great– its right off the 94 when you exit Sweet Water Springs. Everyone here is nice & always ask if you want ketchup or what not (i mean they’re suppose & they always do).
Food here is great, no complaints– haven’t found a hair or anything in my food yet so I’m good.

Well, it’s a Jack in the Box.
I usually hit it up around 4AM after work. Service is fast and never have I stumbled on a wrong order. Employees seem awake and ready to give me my Jack.
Pluses with Jack and one of the reasons i choose it is the fact that i can either get breakfast or a hamburger. Or, on some days, i can get both. Those day, I prefer to keep to myself. It’s not a pretty site.
Sometimes the curly fries are cold sometimes scalding. Sometimes I get ice in my HUGE cup, sometimes I don’t. Some inconsistencies. But hey, they’re open and they take care of my outrageous hunger at 4am.
