Frank Shamaya has over 22 years experience in all aspects of the construction industry, including general contracting, construction management, and forensic building/construction defect inspections. His experience comes from a variety of positions beginning as a general contractor for a commercial and residential contractor, to forensics inspection consultant of residential and commercial buildings defects for law firms and insurance carriers.
