I swear I’m at O’Reilly’s way too much!!! Never-​the-​less, I am never disappointed with the customer service, price, or selection. Rogelio you are such an amazing person, inside and out. You truly show concern for your customers. Thank you for your excellent customer service. I’ve bought anything from synthetic oil to coolant, indicator lights, air freshener, and audio cables. It is truly your one stop shop for your vehicle, thanks again boys!

I came in here one evening to get some oil for my car, I have never been treated so rudely by a customer service personal before when I go to an auto parts store! The guy Jeffery behind the counter was no help, I let him know that I drive a lot of miles each week so I needed something for the high miles, and an older car. I was kindly informed that none of that mattered! I was in shocked, me being a women who knows very little about car maintenance even knew that I needed a better performance oil to keep the engine in good shape! I needed the oil, it took me a few more minutes but I was able to find the oil I needed on my own, paid, and left… I will go to an O’Relly’s again, I will just drive the extra mile to Pep boys, or Auto Zone!

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. This morning I had an issue with my windshield wiper blades. One of the employees (sorry I did not get his name) was so helpful and courteous. I really appreciate the excellent service.

Thank you for disrespecting the use of personal information customers provide you with. I feel disrespected and harassed and will never recommend this auto parts to anybody.
Sunday morning I was in to buy a new battery for my car between 11:30 am to 12 pm.
I was helped by someone who seemed honest and genuine. He made my experience very easy and fast. I was in and out very quickly and was told that if I took back my old battery I could get 15 $ refunded from the new battery. I walked away satisfied and happy.
However, I was later surprised to know that while I was at work, the employees took the liberty of looking up my parent’s information and abusing that information to their amusement. They called the telephone number under my father’s name and had the audacity to ask about my relationship status, make a comment about my personal appearance, and even go as far as asking if they could have my personal cell phone number.
A true lack of professionalism and am sad to say that after so many years of our business, that these are the type of people O’Reilly’s hires.

The guys at O’Reilly are great! My motorcycle unexpectedly died on me right next to O’Reilly and they charged my battery with great service and attitude. I was a good distance away from home… I owe them one.
I would definitely go back there for my future auto/​motorcycle needs…

The customer service here SUCKS!!! Ghetto azz, lazy employees who swear they know anything about cars. All the times I’ve been here, I’ve never had anyone ask me if I needed help. They also make you dump your used motor oil by yourself… I didn’t care thou, because I just left my trash there… HA HA HA!!! Pick up my trash you lazy bastards!!!
Bottom line: Go to Auto Zone down the street at the Sweatwater Shopping center for much better service.

plane and simple, this place is awful. I have been here maybe 5 times and 4 of those times was to try and get my money back on A «Special order». I waited over a month for a clutch disk I ordered only to keep getting the run around.
My last time visiting Kragen was for some 3 dollar parking light bulbs that autozone were out of. I ended up waiting in line for close to 15 minutes while the cashier hit on the girl at his register. When finally another employee opened up a second register he took the customer in the back of the line. The next guy in line must have been close to 70 and looked like he was going to collapse from standing so long but the cashier didn’t seem to care.
If you live in Spring Valley just save yourself some grief and hit up AutoZone.
