We went in and bought a single scoop in a waffle cone and a single scoop in a sugar come. We had a coupon from the last visit that said ‘buy ANY cone and get one for .99′ then the clerk tells me waffle cones are not included, the funny thing is i would have spent more on a waffle cone and a free sugar cone then if i had bought a sugar cone and got another one free, honestly its just false advertisement and a ploy to get you to come in. What a disappointment.

Overcharged for much smaller portions than other customers, then given restrictions on what kind of topping I could get by one clerk who was giving out toppings & samples left and right. This is not the Baskin Robbins I remember and I definetly won’t be back! 2 stars for the older clerks’ attempt to correct the other clerks bad customer service skills. This location doesn’t even sale all the items it advertises. Save your money and go get standard quality with no gimmicks from Marble Slab, Burger King, Sonic, Dairy Queen, etc.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. The disheveled girl behind the counter just sat there counting her drawer never aknowledging us. Just looked at us. Then when asked her for a few samples it was like we had ruined her entire day. Got us our ice cream and that was it. Every request was like I was taking a dump on her floor and asking her to clean it up. Sprinkles? Uugghhh. whipped cream? Uuuggghhhh… after we were dismissed she sat right back on her stool and continued counting this drawer for 45 minutes! Money spread all across the counter. Terribly dangerous. I though maybe it was just us but another customer came in and she treated them the exact same way. Place was dirty. And here’s a thought how about some music or TV or something to drown out all that cooler noise. I’ll be going to Dairy Queen, Chill or Brewster from now on.

I have been a long time patron of this ice cream shop.
Service has really dropped off lately. First there are never any of the advertised ice cream cakes available. I guess they want you to settle for a more expensive cake instead. Second, there seems to be a serious staffing issue. On my last visit only one scooper easy working. I stood in line for 20 minutes with three people still ahead. The poor scooper was working as fast as possible. I ended up going to HEB instead. Maybe it’s time to give Brusters a shot.
Very Disappointed in the service at Baskin-Robbins.

Since my body HATES & I mean HATES all forms of dairy, I must indulge the little selections of sorbet or sherberts that places like BR have to offer. Today I was very happy to find a new flavor with an old school candy mixed in. Pop rocks with a great tasting sherbert made my day. This was a quick visit, in and out, while I was getting a new phone next store at Radio Shack. Happy with the selection. Happy with the cleanliness of the shop.

A clean Baskin Robbins run by local high school kids. The location works for me and the ice cream is good for the price.
The only complaint I have about this location is its lack of reliable hours. I have come here a couple times during «normal posted hours» and the place will be closed without explanation. Once was around 4pm, so its not like they just closed a few minutes early.
Otherwise, a great place for ice cream.
