The irony in the name«minute clinic.» Went there last Thursday right at 8:30am when the clinic opens and the doctor didn’t arrive until 9:05am with no apology she just said«I need 5 – 10 minutes to set up» and walked past me into the room. Got a strep test and called back 48 hours later for my results and got a reply that they would call me back within 24 hours. 27 hours later and I had to call them for my results. Nothing about this was easy or simple and I will never return.

Not to crazy about the pharmacist. He is some guy that doesn’t speak English very well. But it’s close to my house and they have what I need about 95% of the time.

Drive thru pharmacy service is slow but the staff is nice. It’s conveniently located for me so I continue to use it. Adding another drive through window would be awesome.

HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE! I went in to purchase a few items. I had a $ 4 off coupon for Visine. My coupon didn’t scan so the cashier entered it in manually. Upon looking for my receipt, I noticed she charged me $ 4 instead of deducting $ 4. She called her manager over who was seemed irritated with ME that this happened. He said he would refund me the $ 4. I told him it was an $ 8 difference since she charged me an additional $ 4 and didn’t take of the $ 4. He rolled his eyes at me and said he couldn’t refund the $ 8, he could only refund $ 4 so I asked if I could have my coupon back since I didn’t use it. He took my receipt from my hands and issued me a $ 4 cash refund. He had me sign the return sheet and said, «Ugh I’ll just give you the other $ 4». He threw the money at me and slammed a paper on the counter and said, «HERE! Sign this too!» He kept my receipt and I asked if I could have a copy. He looked at me and said, «Why? So you can return these items?» I told him no, it was because I needed a copy for my records. He threw the receipt and it fell on the floor. As I was picking it up he walked away and said to me, «Well I just have to train her better for people like you.» I didn’t know using one coupon was such a big inconvenience to them. I have never been treated so rudely by anyone before, let alone from a manager. I love CVS but I will never be returning to this one.

The Minute Clinic is good… been here twice for that, and haven’t had to wait long. But the pharmacy is very SLOW! I had my visit at 11:30, done at noon. The doctor said that while Minute Clinic customers take priority, it’s still very slow service. I had to go back to work, so I came back during my 15-minute break. I went through the drive-thru at 2:20, and they told me it still would be about 10 minutes and to pull into a parking space. So I did, giving them the benefit of the doubt. The person in line behind me was apparently told the same thing, so we waited. Drove back through, and I was in line for about 10 minutes more, and the person in front of me still hadn’t gotten their prescription. I had to go back to work again, so I still didn’t have my medicine! I finally called right before I left work at 5, and they said it was ready to pick-up. Even if they tell you 20 minutes, don’t contemplate waiting. It’s convenient since it’s just down the street from work, but I just signed up for text alerts so I won’t have to wait in vain next time. The store itself is fine though. Just hope you’re not suffering too miserably while you wait for your drugs! Maybe they need to hire some more pharmacists… or some competent ones. I don’t know what the deal is… most CVS pharmacies take 20 – 30 minutes to fill a prescription, but over two and a half hours? Ridiculous.
