Since I was a little girl, I have been passionate about fashion, décor, design, and of course, weddings. I would always help my mom plan to organize her social events. Being a romantic at heart, I dreamt up every detail of my own wedding from the dress to the cocktail napkins to the get-​away car.

Almost five years ago, when my husband Erik proposed to me, I was able to take part in the planning process of my own wedding. I was amazed at the amount of details involved in planning my perfect day. Although this proved to be stressful at times, seeing and living the final product made it all worth it!

While planning my own wedding, I was a student at Sam Houston State University and on my way to earning a degree in education. I have since finished that degree and am fully certified to teach elementary age children. While I do enjoy teaching children, it is the work I have done helping others plan their weddings that has proved to be my true passion.
