Lone Star Executive Limousine was established in 2012 with the vision of providing our customers with a valuable, reliable, and luxurious resource to help them meet all of their travel and pleasure needs.

Business Owner

Jason began his career in the criminal justice field as an officer for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice before attending the basic peace officer academy. He served as a peace officer for over 5 years in the Greater Houston area prior to opening up Lone Star Executive Limousine. Jason holds a basic peace officer license by the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education with over 2000 hours of training and education, as well as a basic structural firefighter license by the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.

Jason is an active member of Forrest Masonic Lodge #19 in Huntsville, John Sims Masonic Lodge #458 in New Waverly where he serves as Master, the Huntsville York Rite Bodies where he serves as Secretary, Fort Bend Commandery #74 KT in Richmond, and Arabia Shriners in Houston.

PERFECT!
Jason and Lone Star Limousine were absolutely wonderful to work with while planning our wedding, and the day of it was perfect and one less thing I had to worry about! I live out of town so to be able to touch base with Jason over the phone to handle all my questions, etc. was great. All our guests loved having a shuttle to the wedding and back to the hotel. It was safe and made sure everyone could have fun! Thanks so much Lone Star I will recommend y’all everytime!

This review is based on my experience with this company on the day of my wedding. They actually showed no signs of disorganization or irresponsibility prior to my wedding day so that is why I chose them. However, if you plan to use this company make sure to have a backup option just in case they don’t show up the hour before your wedding.
On the day of my wedding I was expecting a limo, received no calls to think otherwise. The time passed when we’re expecting the limo so I called them and they said that there was something wrong with my credit card information. They said they tried to call, but I did not receive a call, my matron of honor spoke to them and tried to resolve the situation they said they would send a driver but it would take 15 minutes and an additional $ 50 bucks since he has to reroute, which I thought was weird because the lady said he was in the area but he has to reroute.
I tried to have them waive the $ 50 fee since they admitted they messed up by not speaking to anyone but the lady said her supervisor was the one who made the calls and she couldn’t speak with him at the time. At the end of it all we cancelled the limo and took the hotel bus to the venue however a few days later I saw on my statement that they still charged my card for the limo, why did they say they had incorrect credit card information yet they were still able to charge my card! I call this company fraud!!! Do not use them!!!

Always a great experience with Lone Star! We use them frequently and drivers are always very professional, friendly, courteous and on time. All of their cars are super clean and new. Booking is a breeze and they even have an app! Über creeps me out so seeing the same familiar friendly faces each time with Lone Star gives us peace of mind. Wouldn’t travel with anyone else.

Booked a ride by phone with this company recently. Took forever for the agent to make the reservation. Repeated my information several times. I included the driver’s gratuity when I made the reservation so that I would not have to hassle with that.
The driver who met my flight was courteous and on time.
But when I told him that I had put the gratuity on my credit card when I booked
the ride, he told me that he would not get any of that. He said that
Lone Star takes all that for themselves and he just gets paid a flat fee for the
ride. I did not like feeling either a.) that I was being
hustled by a subcontracted driver, or b.)that the driver is being cheated
somehow. Not how you want to feel as a customer.
When I received my bill via email, I saw that it included a «STD GRAT» of 20% AND a Fuel Surcharge (10%) AND a Service Charge of 15%. What’s the Service Charge if I am already paying a gratuity? And why a Fuel Surcharge anyway? Why not charge me for use of the tires on the car as well?
I did not use this service for my return trip. I was happy to see that Über
is now in Houston. I used them. Worked great and no question about the fee and gratuity.

We rented a limo to go to an awards dinner in Houston where my dad was getting an award. We got a black stretch limo. Kenny picked us up right on time and patiently waited for all of us to finally be ready to leave. The limo was very nice, comfortable, clean and the cooler was stocked with ice and bottle water. We brought along some sodas, but decided against champagne or other alcoholic drinks since there was an open bar at the event. However, there were plenty of champagne and highball glasses and napkins in the limo if we had wanted to use them. Kenny was very nicely dressed and polite. He got us to our destination early and came back to pick us up very quickly after the event.
I wholeheartedly recommend Lone Star Limo and will use them again.
