Hartz Chicken Buffet

I dont give out bad reviews lightly. That being said, this trip to Hartz wasnt so great. There was a cloud of flies by the drink dispenser machine, right next to the food. I told the employee who wiped the counter ONCE and walked off, pretty much ignoring the flies. The bathroom is pretty rotten looking too. Onto the food. Im pretty sure these guys have a jihad against salt. None of the food i got had any kind of flavor. The dirty rice was bland and rubbery with hard pieces of gristle, the fried fish was hard as a rock but very thin, so pretty much inedible. The bread/​peach pudding was burnt on the outside from sitting in a superhot pan all day i guess. The mac and cheese was runny and tasteless. The bread roll was ok. The premade icecream was ok. The sweet tea was good and sweet. The food however is very bland and unsatisfactory. It pains me to write this because this Hartz was my happy place. Im the –only– person in here on Saturday at lunchtime. (1pm) this place should be packed. The employees were nice but didnt care about the cloud of flies. No more Hartz for me. :/
