Established in 1981.

Some people still think legwarmers and leotards when they hear Jazzercise. But we left the 80’s behind a long time ago.

Judi Sheppard Missett started the fitness revolution that became Jazzercise in 1969. A seriously inspiring, award-​winning, find-​your-​passion-​and-​live-​it CEO, she runs our company and teaches classes every week.

Shanna Missett Nelson literally grew up with Jazzercise. Today she is our company President and a rock star instructor, she develops new material along with her mom.

Carole W.

Business Owner

Carole has been a certified Jazzercise instructor for 34 years and owned studios in the Houston/​Spring area. With a BS degree in HPE with a Dance Emphasis from Stephen F Austin State University, Carole has been a drill and dance teacher in the secondary school and former Dance Director for the Houston Oiler Derrick Dolls.
