Spring Tan

Great beds and environment but I’ve been screwed with their billing. $ 10 cancellation fee and you still have to pay for the month after you cancel.

Love this place! Glamorous yet cozy. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and personal.

Just started tanning here a week ago and I really enjoy it, I am getting married and wanted to tan for my wedding in a month. I chose this location because it was only 5 minutes from home. I read the previous reviews and was a little worried, but I have to say I think they are just old reviews. I was concerned I wouldn’t get any color in only a month, but after only 5 days I already have color. The woman who works the front is always there and friendly and there is never any pressure to buy anything, she seems to know a lot about the beds and the lotions. They do offer sunless tanning now which is great to know! It is a smaller salon than I am use to but it is always clean.

Ive been going to this salon since it opened and I really like it. Lindsay, the owner is great and the employees have all been friendly and helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Holly who is so nice it’s ridiculous. LOL The prices are very reasonable and yes, the bulbs are always working great. I’ve used every bed in the place and you will get tan in all of them… I highly recommend this salon.

This is a nice small, clean, and friendly salon. I have never had to wait more than a few minute for the bed I wanted to us that day. I have used every bed in the salon and found them to be in good working order, never a bulb out. Within the first week I had a great base tan. I would recommend this salon.

This place is not worth going to. I bought an unlimited month just to try it out before I spent a lot of money. Their bulbs are NOT changed regularly. I put a sticker on every time I went just to see the visible color change. I went 3 – 4 times a week because I was going to Hawaii… I’m not exaggerating. NOT a single evidence of color change! I got the high test level package and did the «high pressure» bed at least 2x/​week for a whole month and rotated it with other beds. Absolutely no color. No joke. I’ve never experienced this little of color ever! Don’t waste your money!

Beds are outdated, no sunless tanning. Prices high for what you get. The cancellation fee is is stupid. Some people don’t tan certain times of the year so it really just rubs me the wrong way and it prevents me from wanting to return. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is that its the ONLY tanning salon on this side of Spring. The minute another one pops up I think this place will have to seriously reconsider what its customers expect. Its fine if its the only option but there is a ton of room for improvement… not to mention the inconvenient hours. You don’t open till 10? Its just like they give you the bare minimum cuz they know thats all they have to give since they are the only option in this area. Not a good business model in my opinion.

Billing procedure is way over complicated. Cancellation fee and one month to cancel? Really? A tanning salon? Another annoyance I don’t need in my life!

At first I drove around the parking lot like a chicken with its head caught off not realizing this location is literally left backside of the adjacent Mexican Restaurant that you can view from the front, so just to save the trouble of fitting in the same lost category I was in, there is that helpful tip.
I’ve never experienced a wait, and always just walk in. Huge fan of the stand up bed, given you don’t mind standing for 9 minutes (that’s the max for that given bed level). They seem pretty well priced compared to the tanning both I attended in California. Check their monthly specials, I had come in during July when they gave you one month half off.
BTW they have a party size dish of lollipops in the waiting area, not going to lie one makes it into my pocket on every exiting of the establishment.
