Frequent shopper due to convenience, but 1 major gripe. There is NEVER anyone at the photo counter. When you order pics online and just want to «run in and get your pics,» it’s frustrating for no one to be at the counter. I always have to go ask the front register to call someone over. Last time I waited 10 minutes (during non-​peak times) and no one came! I finally just went behind the counter and got my own pics out of the bin and paid for them up at the front register.

I have been to this location a few times. It is kind of hard to get in and out of the parking lot. It sits right at the intersection where FM 2920 and Spring Cypress come together so lots of traffic. There is an entrance on the 2920 side as well as the Spring Cypress side. It is usually not very crowded inside and there has only ever been 1 person in line ahead of me at checkout. The staff is friendly and they gave me kids a couple of chocolate eggs last time we checked out which was a nice touch.
