Chic-​Fil-​A is awesome! Stopped in for lunch today while I was in the area. Living in Norwood, I only get Chic-​Fil-​A when I’m at Kenwood Mall, which isn’t often. I was out Christmas shopping and decided to stop in once I saw the restaurant in the same block as my chosen store to shop. This place was crazy busy. Two drive thru lines backed up around the building, no tables currently available when I got in line inside, and at least 20 people ahead of me. I got my order after only waiting maybe 3 – 5 mins. I was given a cone type thing that signified who I was by a certain menu item. After ordering I spotted a small 2 top table and sat my jacket on the chair and went to get some condiments at the station. By the time I got back, the elder gentleman was delivering my order. I was shocked! Thought I would wait at least 10 mins. I waited maybe 3 mins. This place executes like a well oiled machine. Then to top it off, I was scanning my phone and after taking my last bite, my table was «prebussed.» Meaning they grabbed my tray with all my finished garbage. I was in and out within 15 – 20 mins. Perfect! I wish I lived closer so I could get Chic-​Fil-​A more often. Not to mention they are Christian based and are closed on Sunday’s to honor God, who says to honor the sabbath day. This is the best fast food chain out there in my opinion!

When I lived in Cali we hit chik-​fil-​a every morning… now that I’m back home ain’t a damn thing changed!!! #mypleasure

I always enjoy dining at Chick-​fil-​A. This location is especially pleasant to dine at. Today, my order was taken by the operator of the store. I have a calendar card which entitled me to a free nuggets. I thought it was only for grilled, but he informed me otherwise.
I mentioned that I had never tried the grilled nuggets. He suggested that I get the fried and he’ll give me a 4 piece grilled to try on the house.
Great food, great service!

I LOVE Chick-​fil-​A! Who doesn’t love been greeted as soon as you enter, smiles all around and always being reminded «it’s my pleasure» to serve you?!? As soon as I walk in I have a cheesy smile on my face that can’t be wiped away.
I also love the food! My favorites are the chicken nuggets & waffle fries. I get them every single time. And I can’t forget the delicious Chick-​fil-​A sauce! What do they put in that?!? It’s addicting and soooo good!
A fantastic restaurant with great food and great service. Life doesn’t get much better than that! If you haven’t been you are totally missing out and need to get on the train! I promise you won’t be disappointed, instead you might have a new addiction!

I am a big fan of this place if I am craving a spicy chicken Sandwich then this is the place I go. The staff is always fast and pleasant. But be warned it is always very busy seating and parking can be limited but they do a good job at getting food out quick

This has got to be one of the most well run restaurants in the country. I come here for lunch often and the food is always quick and the service is always perfect. They go well out of their way to make sure every customer his happy. The owner, who can usually be seen at lunch behind the counter, is extremely friendly and it definitely passes down to his workers.

Food is always good and the service couldn’t be any better. Sometimes it is a little crowded, but they do a great job at keeping people moving.

I have never seen a Chick-​fil-​A so busy on a Saturday afternoon in all of my life. We figured there was something going on, but nope it was just packed. Every table was full. The staff did a great job of getting orders out quickly. Staff was friendly and despite the mob scene, did not seem overwhelmed.
Food was good. I was happy with my order. Everything was how I expect it to be.
I wish they would put all of the premium sauces in the lobby again. Especially on busy days such as this, it can be hard to get extra sauce when you want it.

When I am looking for a hearty fast food meal I stop by Chick-​Fil-​A. They have great chicken and their lemonade is awesome. One of my favorite treats during the holidays is the peppermint chocolate chip shake. It is so good. Some locations have different events /​specials on some evenings.

I am always craving their chicken noodle soup. This morning I tried these mini chicken things for breakfast (I wish I knew what they were called but my coworker got them for me), and they are literally like a beautiful sunrise in your mouth. A buttery sweet croissant like roll around their delicious breaded chicken. Again… The soup I’m always craving. It’s not too salty like many places do. I’m a big soup person and this is just something I can’t get enough of!

I love Chick-​FIl-​A. Fast friendly service. They always get the order right. And its always delicious.

Okay I have to write a review on this based on the insanely fast service during the lunch rush.
Usually I go into a place to order take out from a fast food joint just because it’s faster for some reason. I hate sitting in a drive through.
I picked up lunch for my friend and I today and it literally took 2 minutes for the whole process.
Two drive through lanes. There was a staff member standing outside and took my order on a portable device. I pulled up… another staff member (standing outside) took my money and gave me my food and I was off.
I really couldn’t believe it.
The food was hot and tasty — the order was 100% correct.
I was impressed.

This Chick-​Fil-​A is always packed! But they are always friendly, always speedy, and always delicious. On this particular visit I was actually served by the franchisee of the location, which surprised me. He was right in there with the rest of his workers, and didn’t seem to be bothered that his tie was getting dirty. I appreciate that in upper management.
The customer service is top-​notch and that alone makes it worth a return trip.

Chicken was delightful, bigotry not so much.

For fast food this is one of the best. This place is always clean and the staff is always friendly. The food is always fresh and hot. I have never had a bad meal or service form the place. Just be aware that like all Chick-Fil-A’s they are closed on Sundays.

As always, Chick-​Fil-​A delivers when it comes to serving delicious fast food chicken products. However, this location seems to go above and beyond this traditional recipe for success by incorporating over the top customer service into the mix. Located within proximity to my place of employment, I often choose to dine at this Chick-​Fil-​A location simply because of the fact I know I will be treated with respect and with a friendly smile, something that is usually lacking when it comes to fast food joints.
On top of their great food and customer service, this Chick-​Fil-​A is always spotless. I would even go as far to say that they have a designated employee for cleaning off the tables, or so it would seem. If you are in Springdale and just looking for something quick and simple, this Chick-​Fil-​A is a no brainer.

Came here last week as I was out running errands and didn’t have time to make dinner, I ordered a spicy chicken combo with a lemonade. I love their lemonade, I could drink it by the gallon.
Service was great for a drive-​thru as I was greeted promptly and very friendly from the speaker box to the window. The service was very fast, when I pulled up to the window to pay, they had my lemonade and my food ready.
The food was hot and fresh, and correct and that’s all one can ask for a QSR.

Ok, so we all know Chick-​FIl-​A has ridiculously delicious chicken, milkshakes, etc.
But I just have to also say, (inspired from my visit yesterday at this particular location) that the customer service is an even stronger aspect of this establishment than their delicious food.
It is simply overwhelmingly satisfactory.

Exemplary customer service. Delicious, moist, chicken w a perfectly crisp coating. Waffle fries somewhat bland but perk up nicely w a sprinkling of salt. Place was packed but service was swift and friendly. Tables were cleaned up as soon as someone got up to leave, so there’s always a clean table waiting for you. Free drink refills if dining-​in. Always a positive experience at Chick Fil A!

Chick-​Fil-​A is a primary example of what fast food SHOULD be like.
The food is great, but not only do they offer great fast food chicken fare, but they also have healthier menu items. There’s a great healthy menu posted in the restaurants that helps you stick to a total calorie count. Chick-​Fil-​A also offers some great diet lemonade and Coke Zero on the menu. There’s something for everyone! I suggest the spicy chicken sandwich — spicier than Wendys! You’d be surprised — the breakfast is fantastic.
The people are what keeps me coming back. The staff is quick and always polite. It’s hard to find a Chick-​Fil-​A without a line, but either counter service or drive through moves extremely quick. They even have people outside assisting the drive through line during peak lunch hours to keep things moving along. There’s always someone inside coming around to offer refills or to clear your table.
The little things are what makes this a GREAT restaurant and company. My favorite has to be the dancing cow. During lunch — you can see someone in the cow suit (dressed for the appropriate season or holiday) dancing on the street. It never fails to make me smile… and draw me into eat lunch there. I also enjoy the flowers on the table, the extreme cleanliness of the entire location, and the ketchup tubs (not packets!)
