Best towing company I have ever dealt with! Working security in many apartment complexes, I know I can ALWAYS rely on them coming quickly and quietly when I need a vehicle gone ASAP! What other reviewers don’t understand is that the places they live in PAY the towing company to come and enforce the PROPERTY’S rules. They don’t just come tow however they want or when they want! Standards are set! And they have always gone above and beyond when meeting mine! With over 100 successful tows by this company just with me on duty, I can say they do their job quite effectively. Dispatchers and management are also great people, show them respect, and you will get it in return!

I was servicing a air conditioning in this condominium complex, left my truck for literally 5 minutes to grab my tools and when I returned to my van it was gone. I swear these guys have someone watching and waiting for you to walk away, so they can grab your shit. I ask the «manager”(completely rude and illiterate), if I could see the video on how my truck was towed in. He refused of course. I have reason to believe that they illegally broke in to my truck, and so how put my REAR WHEEL DRIVE van in neutral to tow it. He (the tow man) told me that my doors were already open. I never leave my van unlocked. Especially in neighborhoods
I’ve never worked in before. I’m going to continue posting negative reviews online about this company until someone listens.

I backed into MY complex because there was going to be snow the next morning. I go to get my car in the morning and lco and behold my car had been towed. My resident sticker is on my window and it was still towed. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude and had no empathy for my situation (I thought my car had been stolen at first). My apartment complex told me that they don’t control the towing company and they come out at random! Way to treat a paying resident!

Worst scumbag company running today…
THEY MAKE ALL KINDS OF RULES TO MAKE MONEY
1. Resident in my own condo. Forgot to put parking pass. TOWED. (Understandable. Admit it was my fault)
2. Parked my car face front with my parking pass. TOWED. (Really?! Just because I parked my car backwards. Reversed into he parking lot)
3. Parked car with my company logo on the side with parking pass. TOWED. (…)
Stupid money making rules and a scumbag towing company.

They have towed my car twice from my apartment parking lot. I am a resident, but just forgot to put my parking pass on the dash. Why the heck are they all the way out in Springfield? To make it even harder to get there. If anyone else has had this problem, please contact me.
