LOVE this place! We moved here from Chicago last year and are used to buying our booze at our local grocer, so the idea of going to a liquor store for basic beer, wine and alcohol was an adjustment. We had been going elsewhere for a couple months that really WAS what I thought a liquor store would be, boxes, dusty, dirty floors, old tape all over the counters, etc… then we happened upon Eddie’s and I am NOW ready to be a New Englander and call it MY wicked awesome packy! ALWAYS spotlessly clean, very good selection and if they don’t carry it they’ll bring it in (they did 2x for us), the staff are knowledgeable, friendly, funny and I never walk out with just what I went in for. OH — weekly wine tastings and monthly wine specials have totally taught us a thing or 2 about wines we weren’t familiar with. Great place to do business. (Now — if they’d only sell me a winning lottery ticket — )
