In terms of ambiance and service, this restaurant is shockingly refined compared to what you might expect from a sushi bar located in a strip mall. Artfully lit and tastefully decorated, it offers an environment unlike most I’ve seen so far in Springfield. The food itself, while not mind-​blowing, is entirely acceptable at its price point, and well worth a try for any self-​respecting sushi aficionado.

By FAR the best priced and tasting sushi in SGF. Can’t believe no one realizes the gem that this is. Try the Dragon Roll. Changed my life. Beats Rice and Roll, OceanZen and dare I say it? Yes! Even better than Kai and Nakato! You won’t regret it!

Great sushi. I recommend the «oh my goodness» roll and the Kazoku roll.
The tempera shrimp and calamari are amazing as well. Atmosphere is nice and service is good.

You’d do much better to order sushi than hibachi here. The hibachi isn’t bad, but you don’t want to waste precious belly real estate on it when you can eat the sushi. The standard issue tuna is probably the best in Springfield.
I generally don’t care for the bang bang fried cream cheese with spicy mayo nonsense rolls that are the standard at any sushi place in Springfield. I didn’t mind them here (I stole some from my sister’s plate).
All in all, if you’re in the area you’d do very well stopping here.

Had a simple hibachi chicken entrée. Great chicken but rice and noodles were very bland.
Our waitress was nice, but never filled up any of our drinks and we waited forever for our checks to be correct.

My husband had the Nigiri Sampler & I had the Amazing Roll. They were both great! They could change the atmosphere by changing the music from massage type to more mainstream which would invite you to stay longer.

I do not know a lot about sushi, my husband always does the ordering in that department. I truly enjoyed the amazing roll, I know we had another roll, a spicy crab but I cannot remember the name. We also shared a hibachi combo as well that was super yummy !
The price was reasonable, and the service good !
Will recommend, and will be back for some more of that amazing roll !

Great choice among many for sushi in Springfield. Overall our favorite place for sushi. Have not tried anything else on the menu, but great that there are choices for those that don’t want to have sushi. Seems to be building a great base of customers for a fairly new restaurant!
