Usually have no problem here. Today a different experience. No one was in the store working. Yelled to see if clerk was in back. No one. Starting to get concerned when a young girl came in with a pet value shirt on. She snapped that she told that women she had to go to her car. Not friendly. Not helpful. Did not want to be there. She should not work there. Awful customer service

I love this store but was extremely disappointed with tonight’s customer service. Usually we are greeted with a smile and asked if we need any assistance. Tonight when we arrived the only employee visible in the store was sitting crouched down behind the counter on her cell phone. She did not acknowledge us at all and spoke on her personal phone on speaker phone the entire time we were in the store. We weren’t able to find the item we were looking for but when we went to the front to interrupt she had her underwear hanging out of her backside and was slouched over talking so loudly on her phone that we decided to just leave. Not to mention the rude look she gave us when we left.
Not going back there.

Very friendly and helpful staff — very clean and very well stocked pet store! They even gave me a sample of their performatrin cat food (which my cat loved so much he attacked the bag to fill his bowl!) to try since I wasn’t sure my buddy would eat it and I didn’t want to start accumulating extra foods. Their kitty litter is also better than any other I have tried and they are happy to help me load the 40 lb bags into my car! Definitely recommend this store!

I like this store a lot. The folks are friendly and know their products. They have a nice variety of pet accessories and food. While I have gotten a few toys and a cute wedge-​of-​cheese scratch post for my kitty, Pet Valu carriers just the brand of non-​grain cat food that my cat loves and, most importantly, has no problem digesting. The store had lots of dry food samples which was quite helpful in deciding what worked best for my kitty. Great store!

Even though this store isn’t close to me I ‘d still make the drive to this place.
They’ve got all sorts of organic /​vegan/​and Veggie dog and cat foods.
As well as a great selection of pet sweaters and beds
