Eh… mixed feelings
As a place to go to hang out for a few hours. it’s perfect except during pizza jump. They force you to pay extra for pizza even if your kid doesn’t eat pizza.
As a birthday party venue… Just eh
Having a private party area is great since the two rooms are huge. One room had the black light — $ 50 additional bucks to turn the black light on. .way to expensive but creepy room if light is on.
The birthday party room is super small and not fit for 20+ kids plus parents.
They called our kids to the party room although they did not finish setting up. I was told «We call them 5 minutes early so they can line up» Um. if kids are bouncing for 45 minutes they are not going to stand still for 5 minutes at a door.
I had to help set up although I was told «Don’t worry about it. We will set it all up».
The party needed a second hostess. I handed out food and drinks. The drink pitchers were empty and kids were thirsty.
I was told I could have a piñata which I did. The room is so small that it should have been banned. The kids were on top of each other since there was no room to bust a piñata.
I spent over $ 500 and I did A LOT of running around that I should have just had the party at home.
I expressed my concerns to the staff and they said «We will have the manager call you». no call… 6 weeks later corporate asks about my party and I explained the same thing I posted above and was told «We will have someone call you» I’m still waiting a year later.
So the end story is … If you go for 2 hours it’s awesome. Birthday party. don’t waste your $$ because I surely never will again.

Great location and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shortly after arriving for an open play session, my nephew fell ill and we decided to cut our outing short. On our way out, a staff member offered us two free open play passes since we had to leave so soon after arriving.

Had my sons birthday party here. it was very expensive but him and the kids had a great time which is all that matters to me. I wish they gave more time in the play areas but cant complain about stuff I knew I was getting. However, I came here again because I had a free pass. This time was a different experience. An hour in each arena was great BUT the employees sat in a corner and DID NOTHING to watch the children. my son wad pushed around and kicked by older children he had a bruise shaped like a foot mark on his head. I understand these are kids and they are jumping around but they did absolutley nothing to make sure the children were following the safety rules. Even when kids were in the glow room wacking everything with the styrofoam which hurts when your whacked hard with it. They were literally wacking everything with them and hititing adults/​children in the process and all the employee did was sit in a corner with a miserable look on his face. Of course parents did not tell their children to knock it off. They could care less.

We took our kids here for their birthday party, and they had a blast! It was organized, the hosts interacted with the kids and the parents, and the place was very clean. I couldn’t ask for more. Not sure why there are negative reviews, but mine was sure positive. I overheard some of the kids say «this is the best party ever!». The parents complimented how nice and organized the place was, and that it was a very good choice to have a birthday party here. If you do decide to have a birthday here, make sure to get the glow package added on, the kids go nuts over it!

Took my 4 year old here tonight (5÷7÷16) and it was much smaller than i had expected. It was also very crowded, which was not a problem. The problem was the staff. There was only one girl who looked like a teenager working in arena 1 who could not control the crowd of kids on the slides. Someone could have easily become hurt by being stepped on or something. She did not even attempt to fix the problem either. When her other coworkers came into the room they all just huddled up in a circle and talked and there was nobody paying attention to the kids on any of the attractions. There should be someone stations up top and at the bottom of the slides so kids dont trample each other going up or down. Doubt id go back.

We came here for a 4^th bday party– the staff at the front desk barely looked up because they were too occupied with their cell phones. The staff that was present during the party did nothing to engage the kids, or even keep eye of their safety. During the pizza/​cake cutting– the staff did not the room ready, did not pass the food out, or walk around to ensure all kid had food– instead, OUR HOST. (Who is paying for the service) was passing out the food. I would not recommend hosting purely based on the staff. It is a clean facility BUT they lacked interest, concern, customer service and no regard to ensuring the kids have fun. I suggest re-​train or hire staff that cares.

On 4÷2÷16 I took three children to Pump it Up and I thought it was an ok place to have fun. However, I saw a lot of dirt on one of the toys that the children was playing on. It also looked like someone child had touched it. Smh I can’t believe they don’t clean things off before children play on them. I don’t think I will return.

Long time Pump it Up patron. They fail today!! First room so cold people have there coats on. Staff unable to regulate temperature. Have owners contact info will write letter. But for now can no longer recommend for safe play for toddlers.

Place is clean and staff is friendly. Their pizza bounce is misleading. It advertises that each kid gets 2 slices of pizza. They offered 1 slice and ran out of pizza. The 1 slice was slim (really ½ slice). It was sad to see hungry kids were turned away when they asked for a second slice of pizza.

I took my son there today with a purchase from groupon. It was a okay experience. Not as big as I imagined it to be. The staff were friendly but not interactive. I paid for 5 sessions so I have 4 more available til the end of the year. My two year old enjoyed it so that’s what matters. But this place did not meet my expectations.

We took our kids here on Easter Sunday — what a great time!
They had a special package for today that was a multi-​hour event, ending with an Easter egg hunt. I was looking for family stuff for us to do that would also celebrate the day too — this was a hit!
I had found them online and made a reservation — I paid when I got there. The staff was really nice, and they looked out for my boys. The facility was clean, and they asked us all to watch a short safety video with the rules — which I thought was smart.
This was a little out of the way for us, but I think if you were looking for a way to get your kids to run and jump around for a bit, this is the right place. They have these HUGE bounce houses and other bounce (hills, climbing things, etc) for the kids to play on, my boys had a blast!

Bad management, poor customer service and rude employees! We went for the Family Jump today and were turned away because «they were full and we should’ve made reservations.» Speaking with the girl at the front desk, I told her I didn’t see anything on the website stating that, but she assured me it was there. I left with three heartbroken kids. Of course I checked the website as soon as I got home and guess what — It’s not there! I called to speak to a manager and was told that no one else was unhappy about being turned away and to make reservations next time. I tried to explain to him that most people aren’t willing to make a scene in front of their kids and that no complaints about it doesn’t equal happy about it, but that fell on deaf ears. He then told me if I spoke to him when I was there he would’ve given me a free pass, but not now since I’d left. He then told me to have a nice day and hung up. What??? I guess since they fill up quickly, they don’t have to worry about customer service? I am so glad I didn’t book an overpriced party for my son yet!
