I agree with the previous post! Great company with honest, reliable service. I thought I had bed bugs because I kept waking up with bites. Called them up on Monday, and they came out the next day to do a full inspection of my bed. Determined that it was unlikely I had bed bugs and indicated that the bites were likely from centipedes, as he discovered that I had a bunch of them. I had no idea that centipedes could bite. He warned me that other companies try to use scare tactics to get you to pay thousands of dollars for bed bugs service. I would not use anyone else other than Raven Pest Control and I would recommend them to everyone. The entomologist works closely with VA Tech’s extension center and is more knowledgeable than any other pesticide company that I have ever used.

I am new to the Northern Virginia area. I called several pest control companies which were either over priced and/​or told me I would have to keep my dogs out of the house for 2 hours after spraying. I did a Google search and found Joe at Raven Termite and Pest. I can’t recommend this family owned company enough. Joe came out right away took care of everything in one low price that everyone else charged extra for. He showed me where I had carpenter bees and mice, and took care of it for me as well. He doesn’t just have a certification, he has studied insects and he knows how taking care of one type of insect affects spiders and other bugs. He is so friendly, and prompt and does great work. Best of all he uses a solution that is safe for my family and dogs. I can’t recommend Joe enough!
