Tommy did an amazing job with my ombré. I came in there for the first time and described the look I was going for. He pulled out a whole book to help me find the perfect shade. The customer service was outstanding, with positive vibes radiating throughout the salon.
I wasn’t used to having anyone touch my hair, and was even a little nervous at first but Tommy made me feel comfortable and valued as a client, even when this was my very first appointment.
However, the final outcome was sexy, fun, and I’m in love with my results. Tommy’s ombré was perfectly done with no harsh lines and the color changed softly from black to blonde. I was beyond satisfied. I recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing ombré, or anything at all lol. I’m definitely coming back to get my hair done again. He also straightened my hair and I left as a new woman. Left a video for you all to see too!

I’m a little late but I’ve been in love with this salon since its opening. I’ve had many appointments and always walked out with a satisfied feeling and boost of confidence. All the stylist know what they are doing and are very good at what they do. Jeannie is usually my to go stylist only because she WAS the one who took care of me on the first day. I do trust the other stylist as much as I trust Jeannie because every single one of them has treated my hair. They accept cash and credit. Prices is amazing for the quality of the work.

Just had my third visit with Gina and I have to say every time I have left extremely satisfied with my hair. I’ve been twice for a haircut and once for a color. She really takes the time to listen to what you want, provides her professional opinion, and is meticulous in her work. For my last visit she also came in an hour before her usual time to work around my schedule. If that’s not great customer service, I don’t know what is. As for the salon itself, it’s very chic and the products they use are very high end/​quality.

What a great experience! I have been a fan of Judy Mann for years and followed her to Savi. She always provides excellent service and now her being at Savi is a plus! Their location in the newly reopened Springfield Town Center has many advantages! And the head massage they give during the shampoo is amazing! Go to Savi and ask for Judy!

Called on the day of to make an appointment and was able to book with Jeannie after hearing so many good things about her. I’m glad I decided to give this place a try, its very clean and professional and most importantly very friendly. I loved my haircut but even more I loved how she listened to my needs and didn’t butcher my long hair! I will be coming back for sure. Thanks Jeannie for a wonderful haircut :)

So, I HATE trying to find a new hair stylist… i mean HATE it because you have to trust someone else to cut your hair. I’ve passed by this place numerous times at the mall (Springfield Town Center) and came across this business on Unilocal while researching a new hair salon to go to and well… I gave in and decided to give it a try.
I was at the mall and decided to walk in to schedule an appointment. The receptionist scheduled me with Jeannie. Went in for my appointment in the morning (luckily I went early and it’s not busy). Jeannie was already in the salon waiting for me. She sat me down and asked me what I wanted and told her exactly what i wanted: cut off the tips about a couple inches, texturized layers. She did exactly what I asked for and she was great! My appointment was at 10am and left at 10:30. One of the quickest hair cuts I’ve ever had. I’d have to say, Jeannie did an awesome job. She was quick and was precise with her cut.
Would I go here again? Maybe so and get my hair cut by Jeannie.

I left the salon trying to think positive knowing that I looked like hell. This is not at all what I wanted. I look like a freaking carrot I can’t even look at myself in the mirror and the front is horrible!!! It’s 5 am and I can’t even sleep thinking that my hair is ruined. I totally hate it! Like what the hell with those weird highlights … I just want to cry. I’m feeling so miserable

Judy Mann is an artist who has many years of experience and an intense focus on staying current with hair trends and new techniques. I’ve been going to her for a while and have had many people ask me who cuts and highlights and/​or colors my hair. She is an active listener and never just assumes you want what you’ve been doing for a while. She is also very funny and friendly!

Gina did my hair, she was really good and smart about it. I got in 15 minutes after I called ahead and was taken almost immediately. She spent a long time on my hair for a full color and cut. I was going for something new and it turned out awesome in my opinion. Who knew this little place in the mall would be so good.

This is hands down the absolute worst hair coloring experience I’ve ever had the horror of sitting through. I was at the salon for 5 hours to start. I wanted a touch up on my roots and my ombré and the hair stylist presented me with hair that looked like someone painted it with a paint brush. I was so excited to try this new place because it’s close by and has amazing reviews. I don’t understand how. The woman who did my hair had no idea what she was doing. My roots were a dark brown and the ends were white. The white came up to above my ears with streaks in my bangs. Sound like an ombré? Nope not a chance. I ended up paying a ridiculous amount for another woman to dye my hair completely dark brown. Do not go here for any reason. Ask a friend for a recommendation.

I had a terrific experience with Judy! I participated in a bridal fashion show that took place at Springfield Mall, and the ladies at Savi did hair for the models. Judy did a beautiful job with my hair, fashioning it into a braided /​side ponytail style that perfectly complemented the bridal gown I wore — a mix of modern and classical elements. She is clearly a master of braids, and demonstrated a seasoned expertise in her work. Before we started, she asked thoughtful questions about the dress I was wearing, as well as my personal taste, to help her make an informed decision about the look we should go for. She is also friendly, easy to talk to, and cooperative, and communicated to me what she was doing at each step of the process. I received a number of compliments on my hair throughout the day. I highly recommend Judy’s services!

I went to Savi today to get my roots done, which turned into a full color/​highlight. I was nervous because I already have a stylist but couldn’t see her so I saw the reviews and decided to try it out. Gina did my hair and she was very nice, precise, and obviously knew exactly what she was doing. She trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted it and nailed the color straight on… I would give Gina 5 stars. The reason why I gave 4 stars on this review is because of the price!!! I needed my roots done but because I already had full highlights through my hair, it was recommended I do a full color/​highlight instead of just roots. This ran me $ 170, not including a tip of course which seemed really steep for a mall salon. I love my hair but I better love it for the whopping $ 190 investment. Unfortunately I can’t return every 6 weeks at this price but great salon if you can:)

I have a hard time finding a stylist that knows how to handle my hair! I happened to come across Jeanie when looking for a place to cut my daughters hair. She did a great job on the both of us and is so sweet! She is now stuck with us until we move or she retires lol.

I was a little skeptical when scheduling since I am new to the area and have not gone to get my hair done. After searching thru the Unilocal reviews I came across Savi Salon.
Located in the Springfield town center the atmosphere is no more than a typical salon but the personalities in here and skill level is incomparable to other places I have been to. Jeannie is definitely very personable and confident in figuring out what will work for your look! Definitely grew a trusting to her taste.
Gina is very proper and nice. She is very hospitable and detail oriented. Both teamed up to give me and my friend a complete makeover! Thank you team Savi! Definitely recommend and will be back.

I go to see Jeanne. She always does a great job and fixed my hair after another salon turned it green. They are great at getting me in right away and will call me if there are earlier openings. I travel for my job so they have been very accommodating. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

This place is great. I went there today because I needed a haircut by Jeanie! She is absolutely the best. She’s been cutting my hair (and I’ve been following her from salon-​to-​salon) for at least 10 years now!
The salon itself is beautiful. Great, modern feel, great lighting, and wonderful customer service. I highly recommend a trip to the salon, especially since you can get 20% off until the end of September!

I wanted a new look to start the new school year and decided on a grayish/​silver ombré kind of look. Since my hair is so dark we had to bleach it twice, Ms Jeanie asked if I just wanted to keep it blonde or I could come back tomorrow bleach it again and get the gray, she warned me on how it could damage my hair and seemed sincerely concerned about me possibly seriously damaging my hair.
I came back the next day and got it bleached again and the gray added. It wasn’t EXACTLY what I had envisioned for my hair but it ended up absolutely lovvinnggg itt!!!
I had never really done anything to my hair other than a haircut once a year. So bleaching and dying my hair was kinda scary. I was gonna do it myself but decided I should let a professional do it. Once we started I felt comfortable with Jeanie because she seemed like she knew exactly what she was doing and was confident with every move she made; I feel like that’s really important.
I will definitely be coming back in the future if I want to do some other crazy color or anything to my hair really. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new hairstyle. I was ready for a life change and decided on a new color that would drastically change the look I’d been rocking for nearly 15 years! I won’t lie, I was scared but knew Jeannie at Savi would know what to do! I txt’d her a picture and she made room on her books for me! My hair has been platinum blonde for so long I was afraid going Dark Blonde Ombré would be a disaster! I went in to my appointment and talked with Jeannie about my overall goal. Jeannie explained we would need to do several techniques to get what I wanted. I knew I was way over due for change and with a brave heart I put my trust In her and said «do it»!!!
She started by picking out just the right color of dark blonde that would match my skin and blend well with my natural roots! She went a little darker (she is a genius) because she knew the color would fade after several washings. She foiled in the color to give my hair back some dimension and life. Next she gave me dark blonde natural looking roots!!! Haha. Who goes to the Stylist and asks for roots! We waited what the amount of time needed and she said it’s time to rinse!
I couldn’t believe what I saw! I am so excited and feel like a newer, healthier, younger looking me!!! Thanks Jeannie at Savi– you gave me everything I was looking for and more :)

The environment and hospitality is what got me. I brought my mother here and waited as they colored her hair. The music was upbeat and great for liking and not too loud for her. They were so nice checking in with her and I and did everything she wanted for her hair. Coming back for my hair later

I followed Jeannie from her last salon in Old Town to her new partnership at Salon Savi. It’s located inside the Springfield mall on the lower level. It’s bright and clean and the staff is very friendly.
My mom and I had appointments at 7:30 and 8:00. We had our consultations with Jeannie and she helped us solidify our haircut decisions. She cares about giving a great haircut that’s right for your face shape, age, and style. You can tell she has a lot of experience. My hair looks cleaner and lighter, and my moms hair looks age appropriate and stylish.
I will definitely be back, and they have 20% off deals through September since they’re a new salon.
