Pack ‘n Post Express

What a great find! Easy to find and park with super personalized service. The staff was patient with me and my many parcels and envelopes and helped me save money! Plus they have cool local gifts. My nephew is at local college and this will be my go to stop for shipping!

When I brought my package here I told them I needed this to arrive in 2 days. They guaranteed that it would arrive 2 days later (by Thursday Afternnon) & that if I should have a problem to look on my receipt for the tracking #. The receipt DID NOT have a tracking #. The clerk said, OH? Do you want me to send you one? Well, YES! 2 days later = no package arrived! I called & the clerk & she said she would check on it & get back to me. Waited 1 hr & called back. Was told she was in the bathroom & to call back. Another hour & I call back & the clerk says I’m waiting to hear from the postmaster & how did I send this package again? I’m like, 2 day priority. She says well that’s not a guaranteed 2^nd day delivery. WHAT??? I came in there with a package & said send this UPS, FED EX OR POST OFFICE, but I need it there in 2 DAYS! And YOU guaranteed me that it would be there in 2 days. Her response, well priority mail is not guaranteed in 2 days… Really?

Awesome! I was first going to use the UPS store, but I decided on Pack N’ Post. It was a smart decision. The staff is excellent, and extremely attentive to detail. They treat their customers as if they are old friends or family. The friendliest service you will find in St. Augustine. Their mail service made my move to Florida a breeze.
