Fieldpointe of St. Louis

Im living here for 4 yrs, great neighborhood, great area, very convienence area that has all the groceries, restaurants, fast foods, so I dont have to drive that far.
Maintenance always fast everytime I have problem with.
Everything is great except you can easily hear people who live above me, so that is very annoying.

Horrible! The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing! I had a tour and Kristina gave me ALL incorrect, faulty information. I called the next day spoke to Kristy who wasn’t even sympathetic and did not even apologize ! She just stated «idk why Kristina gave you incorrect information» wow! Do not move here, If you want an apartment of competence!

Love this place and all the staff in the office are customer oriented always with a smile to help. First place in a long time that feels like home. Their move in specials out rank any other apartment complex I have seen. The maintenance is fast and friendly and they keep their grounds beautiful. I love the doggy park and the pool area! Great easy location in Maryland Heights giving you access to 141/​Page and 270 quickly. I would recommend this location to everyone and anyone that wants to live in a great neighborhood that feels like home.

I began my lease in August 2013. Yes, rent is a bit higher than some of the surrounding apartments but the property makes up for it in service and amenities. The maintenance staff is super-​quick. With all the snow we’ve been getting, they pre-​treat the area and the parking lot is cleared. (I noticed other apartment lots were not cleaned). I’m really sensitive to the noise of others, but you can hear thru the walls. My experience with the leasing office has been minimal, but they seem friendly enough.

We’ve lived at Fieldpointe for a year and a half, and I still love it as much as I did when we first moved in. It’s a beautiful property, the maintenance and staff are efficient and friendly, and the amenities are fantastic. There are frequent organized events for residents where we’ve met some great people. AND they are very dog-​friendly here, which is hard to find in this area. I’d recommend this place to anyone.

This complex is great. Not only is our apartment and facility extremely nice, Fieldpointe holds amazing events for its residents. They just held an event last night at a local bar and grill that included FREE food and prizes for the residents.
The staff at Fieldpointe go out of their way to make sure your experience is comfortable and fun! I have never lived anywhere else like Fieldpointe!

We moved into a two bedroom apartment at Fieldpointe in June and have been very happy with it since. The first thing we noticed about it was how beautiful the whole complex was inside and out. The landscaping around the clubhouse and pool made us feel like we were at a resort. They even have community grills to use and a firepit to enjoy with friends. We’ve been able to participate in a few resident events including the summer pool party and the chili and wing cookoff. Overall, the staff has been friendly, has addressed all questions we’ve had, and has responded lightening fast to the few maintenance requests we’ve had. It’s a great complex :)
