I have been practicing law since 1985 and have represented both plaintiffs and defendants in employment cases, contract litigation, real estate and commercial disputes. In 2007 I began a mediation and arbitration practice through US A&M-Midwest and AAA. I have mediated over 125 cases with a +70% success rate.

Business Owner

Kim is a honors graduate of University of Notre Dame Law School and University of Missouri-​Columbia. As a mediator, Kim helps parties move beyond their disagreements, explore options and find workable solutions. As an attorney, Kim represents individual employees or employers in State court over discrimination or retaliation issues, but Kim’s real strength is not in pushing litigation, but in finding alternate ways to resolve disputes. She collaborates with Attorney Lee Barron in Alton, Illinois on litigating employment matters. She is a working mother with two teenage sons and previously served as a publicly elected library trustee.
