CrossFit Caveman specializes in fitness for the whole family. We provide quality fitness training for anyone ages 3 – 103. With CrossFit trained and certified coaches we provide an encouraging class environment for people of all ages and fitness levels to come in a take a step towards a healthier life. Our gym is more than just a gym, it is a community of like-minded people who support each other in their quest to a healthier life.
History
Established in 2010.
We opened our doors in May 2010 as a CrossFit Kids facility, specializing in working with kids of all ages and fitness levels to have fun while being active. In November 2010 we added an adult program. Currently our adult program is very active and growing daily. We strive to be a fitness facility that allows the whole family to work out. In April 2013 we moved into our new and improved facility. With over 9,000 square feet of space we offer many different services to our clients. We have space for kids to hang out while mom and dad are working out, a full-service store, two workout areas, four showers, and a kitchen. As we continue to grow we plan to add more and more services to better serve our clients.

I started CrossFit in 2009 and was quickly draw in to the ever-changing workouts, competitive feel, and community that CrossFit has to offer. Since becoming a coach and a business owner I can really appreciate that CrossFit allows busy people to get their workout in an hour or less. As a coach I LOVE seeing clients do something they never thought possible and that is great. The transformation in people is amazing. And to see it all happen with a community supporting them is the best feeling in the world. As a busy mom with a house full of boys I love that CrossFit is something that the whole family can do together.
In my past life I worked as an accountant. My business background has really helped me look at our gym as a business and continue to grow it to meet the needs of all of our clients.
