I sent away for a 30 day satisfcation trial offer of Luminess Air, which is a company that features an airbrush method of applying makeup. As seen on TV, it looked wonderful, but after I got my trial offer package in the mail, I discovered I was allergic to the product and also felt it took a long time to apply. Time I didn’t have in the morning to dedicate towards applying makeup. Suddenly I started to see charges on my credit card, which I had given to them to use to get a free sample. Buyer be aware of these sneaky tactics to get you hooked. Then before I know it, it am now being shipped more products at a charge to me, that I didn’t even order. This money amounted to $ 108.00. I asked if I could get my money refunded, but they said I had to return the product, which seemed reasonable to me. However, they said they would not cover the charge of shipping back or pay for the insurance they suggested I take out to mail it back. This amounted to $ 40.32 to send it back. This company should have paid for the return of the product, as most companies do. Then when I only got a portion of my money refunded, only $ 39.99, I asked why and they responded that the product had a scratch on it and the CD has a scratch, thus charging me $ 20.00 for this.
I would warn anyone wanting to purchase this product. It’s not satisfaction guaranteed, it’s more like dissatisfaction guaranteed. A real rip-​off!
