Never been to Fiesta in Atlantic street ever in my life because I live on Shippan ave and there use to be one right next to me, which I love their Choros a la Chalacas. I found them amazing. Now the old fiesta is called Viva. I don’t know why, but hey am not a cop or a lawyer to be in fiesta company affairs. I do know that I love Choros a la Chalaca :-) To the point… I order more than one order at a time from Atlantic street just so they can delivery it to me, and not go out of there way just for one order and I don’t have to pick it up at Viva;-). Call me lazy or maybe is just the cold winter days, but I am a very unhappy camper to the night of February 14(7:15pm) I must say that the delivery service of Fiesta from Atlantic street is just not up to par. They don’t understand estimate on delivery time. If they tell you is going to be 2 hours, ITIS going to be 2 hours. You could be located right next to them and it will still be 2 hours. So, don’t take them lightly when they tell you what time you going to be eating. In addition, the delivery personnel feels like they doing you a favor on bring you the food 2 hours later, so please don’t forget to tip them 20% for this fact. My main point to Fiesta is your food is great, you have a good thing going for you… Don’t mess it up if you don’t have the proper staff to deliver. Just as an F.Y.I Chanel Rodas(OWNER)… The old Fiesta right next to me didn’t delivery and I didn’t mind picking it up because Fiesta’s food was that good. I just don’t like you to sell me a service and think you guys are doing me a favor because you are delivering oppose to me picking up my food.

The lighting in this restaurant is so bright. Non romantic mood. If the food is good it wouldn’t make up for the fact the lighting is blinding my eyes and there is a man soliciting bouquet flower services.

Portions are very large, restaurant is busy and service is super quick. But something was«off» with the food — it looked quite old, and even waitress had no idea what it was when it came to our table. She couldn’t describe what it was, or what ingredients were in it. Was throwing up in their bathroom after eating.

3+ Very friendly and attentive staff. Everything we tried was great too. They give very large portions here and they drinks are pretty good too. Some of the food could have used a bit more seasoning but overall we had an authentic Peruvian experience right in Stamford.

Great prices and great sauce. For takeout: some dishes(e.g. chuleta) are inconsistent, and when it’s good, its really good, when it’s bad it’s really bad. Lomo saltado and half chicken tend to be consistently good.

I have been to this restaurant several times in the past because the food is great, but the service is terrible and only has gotten worse. The waitresses are good in the beginning when they take your oder and deliver it, then it just goes downhill after. The attentiveness goes out the window, they go in the back and hide it’s seems like. When your door need something you have to some how get a different waitress to help you or even get your bill. I have seen the owner come in at the end of the night and just collect his money get his food and just leave. But before he left I pulled him aside and explained my experiences thinking he would make some changes but he sure didn’t. Last but not least I ate there last night and the food was not good chicken over cooked and the rice was hard and of course the service sucked. This restaurant is definitely a money maker it’s always crowded no excuses for these experiences.

Came in with a groupon. All the dishes are large in portion. Not too bad; nothing too impressive either. Server is friendly, and service is fast.

Tough to beat this place for many reasons. First, the food is amazing. Huge fan of the Lomo Saltado and if you don’t like steak(lomo), try the Pollo(chicken) Saltado. You know you found a good Peruvian restaurant when many of the customers are of Peruvian decent. Second, the service is extremely friendly and attentive. Fiesta Atlantic aims to please and the service and the food definitely do so. Third is the price. It is very tough to find similar quality and large portions for the Fiesta Atlantic price. Now, the ambiance is nothing special and the tables are close together. However I would trade good food with friendly service for white table cloths any day. Admittedly, I cannot judge the authenticity of the food however I can confirm Fiesta Atlantic is extremely tasty and worth the trip.

Been coming here for 5+ years and the service and cleanliness have severely declined. Long delivery and order waits. The restaurant often has dirty seats and stains on the floor. The food and the price are what give them 3 stars. The pollo saltado, chaufa, and medio pollo are delicious. The aji sauce is to die for: we get it by the pint. If they clean the place up a bit and order some more staff, they will be on point again.

Food is meh server steve wasnt attentive or very knowledgeable about food products served. The waitresses all seem very biased dare I say prejudice as my friend and I weren’t received with great hospitality. I ordered limo saltado which I had before and was great, today it was meh and season less. My friend ordered the limo saltado which was better than mine but not as good as it used to be. After the meal I tried using a groupon and was informed that because it was Memorial Day it can’t be redeemed, I asked for the manager and explained to her that the groupon only says invalid Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day only ! She said she would make an exception this once. I will not return to this place. Rude attitudes with bad service and blah food, this place has taken a turn for the worst, ! Management u need to step it up big time

I really hate to say it, but this Fiesta has really taken a turn. We bought a Groupon and went on a really busy night. Everything seemed fine until my fiancé came back from the bathroom, clearly uncomfortable and grossed out. He had seen roaches(roaches!) in the bathroom. After that we just couldn’t stay. Nothing really could have made us stay at that point. I have since eaten at Fiesta Cove and felt okay about it, but I still can’t shake the feeling from that night at Fiesta Atlantic with the roaches just chilling there and crawling around. Ugh I do have to give them props for their rebranding though, the new signage looks very thoughtful and revamped in a good way.

$ 10 for lunch in Stamford and it’s sit down too! The dip here is freaking delicious! Yes! with the bread too! I got some beef special that came with the fries and rice. I ate the whole plate. It was very delicious and I would come by to sample the other dishes too! Yes!

Groupon is great for forcing me to branch out and try new places in places I wouldn’t normally venture. And so, last night, at the invitation of two friends that are far more local to Stamford than I, «branching out» included a visit to Fiesta. It’s sort of a small, divey hole in the wall. The server was pretty pushy at the beginning, but then again, we take a long time to order.(Despite being rushed for the drink order, we were not rushed for anything else.) We settled on red sangria(decent, though a little weak), the Peruvian beer(tastes like Corona), and a white wine(they brought merlot). We also ordered a calamari app, and would figure out food later. The green sauce is magical — I don’t’ know what it is, or what it’s called, but it was so amazing that we couldn’t figure out if the calamari/fries/bread were any good, because we kept dipping it in the sauce. We actually asked for another bowl of it, but alas, it never arrived. Dinner for the three of us was the Entraña a la Parilla(a grilled steak with sauce, rice, and salad), and Pescado Entero Frito(a whole fried fish with rice and salad). I was a bit apprehensive that two dishes would be enough for the three of us, but I was totally wrong, and we didn’t even finish the sides. The portions are ginormous, and it was a very, very good, if not a bit salty. While it wasn’t terribly crowded in there, I could see how the volume of the place might get turned to eleven. The easiest parking is either in the garage across the street, on the street if you can find it, or in a lot a few blocks away. I was pretty impressed with the menu, and I’d like to try some of the seafood dishes on it at another point.

3 for food but i removed a star because my chicken had a funky texture to it that i honestly had to stop eating. 1 for service. 1.5 to be generous. Coming in it started off good. We were greeted then sat … and we waited… and waited. My hubby isn’t a patient man. He wanted to walk out. Small place with 4⁄5 waitresses bussing tables polishing silverware… neither one stopped with water and a quick«I’ll be right with you.» Finally one stopped with a «what can i get you.» Hubby asked for water and we put our order in. We both work in restaurants so we know how hectic front and back of the house can be but you have 4⁄5 ladies on duty at least 1 can pay attention to the floor ESPECIALLY when you can communicate with those headsets they have. It wasn’t only just us but you can tell and SEE the frustration on other tables. Hubby’s food came out first, «it was ok.» Mine looked delicious. The chicken skin was omg sooo good BUT it tasted cool. Like it had been warmed through just enough to remove the chill. Eating the meat was weird. It tasted off in my mouth and i couldn’t finish it… Hubby had a bite«tastes old.» He’s a Chef i hated hearing it it but i believe him. I’ve had lots of half chickens and this is the first i didn’t finish or pack home. Through our meal i waved down several ladies for refills, not one as we were eating touched our table. At the end yes. Unfortunately we wont be returning and not sure we’ll order takeout as well.

Went via Groupon for dinner yesterday …, awesome small place With great service. They serve delicious Aji sauce with breads to start. The suace is amazing, our group went crazy for it and asked for it several times and the waitress was courteous to bring that with a smole every time. The sangria servered here is the best I ever had … Will definetly go again for that. The other dishes we ordered were all good. The serving size is quite a lot for one person to finish. Only thing that was a bit turn off at start was the sea food smell that was quite strong as u enter the restaurent, but after a bit it just didnt bother at all … Despite of that, Had a wonderfull time and would definetly recommend this place

What a disappointing night. If I could give no stars, I would. We are regulars here until tonight. We are a party of six and two of our friends got here early, around 640, then the rest by 7. It started with our friends who were there early. They asked for some bread which they never got. The waitress took our orders by 715 which is basically 5 lomo Saltado and 1 chuletas and salsa criolla. Got our appetizer by 730. Then it all went downhill from there. We were all starving and patiently waiting for our entrees. You would think that the waitress would update us with what’s happening but NOoooo. We had to ask her twice where the heck is our food! By then, it was already 815. We didn’t get our food until 830 and they forgot one lomo and that took another 15 mins. They also forgot the salsa criolla which took another 10mins. By that time, we pretty much lost our appetite. No one finished their food — which was unusual — We asked to speak to the manager to voice out our concerns — what pissed me off the most is the manager. instead of listening to us — customers who never once complained(they spilled water on me the last time I was here) I felt like the manager was not hearing us out. I understand that they were busy but waiting for an hour for our food was just ridiculous. We saw patrons who came after us, enjoying their food, in a timely manner. The table behind us, who came in after us, enjoyed their food and finished, even before we got ours. I mean how f’up was that. So as we were telling the manager why we were complaining, she cuts as off and said«I’m trying to apologize if you would just let me talk» WTF — at that point, there was no way I could say what I wanted to say without ripping her out so I just kept my cool and I said just get our check. She gave us a lame 20% off — we weren’t looking for a comp — what we wanted was some answers not some bs excuse. Never again — I’m recommending people to try acuario in port Chester or the fiesta in Norwalk. Won’t be back —

Let me just start by saying though I am no expert on pervian food but I do know how the food should me. During one of recent visits to the area, me and my parents decided to try this place for dinner. The place is located right across the street from town centre mall. The place has good décor, liked those bright walls. As we walked in the server greeted and seated us. She got the complimentary bread and sauce. The bread was really soft and the ahi sauce was really tasty. Now comes the sad part about the food. We went with 3 entrees — *Sudado Especial *Chaufas *Pollo Saltado Though the portions were really huge but food was super super bland. I don’t think they even added any kind of spice, leave spice it did not have even salt /pepper. That is probably the most bland food I have ever had. We were really disapponted with our entrees. Apart from food I would say the service was really nice, that’s why they 2 stars. Food was a complete disappointment.

Peruvian comfort food. Menu offers traditional apps, soups, entrée, & sides both hot & cold. They serve seafood, beef, pork, & chicken. Soups– the chicken w minced cilantro, whole chicken pieces & potato is comforting and tasty. The white rice was decent but not the glossy, moister style I’ve had @ other Peruvian resturants. The salad is basic but w beets & a citrisy homemade dressing. The whole marinated & roasted chicken, rice & salad is an excellent tasty deal @ $ 8! This location serves the very best Aji sauce– thick, creamy, garlicky– excellent. Modest interior. Pleasant service. Average serving size. Restrooms need a good scrub /update.
