Brought 2 watches there to be cleaned and saw no difference in either. When I complained, the rep insisted that they were cleaned even after I showed them I could do a better job rubbing the watch on my shirt. I WILL NEVER RETURN! $ 18 to clean each watch and didn’t even clean it.

Simply put, this was a terrible experience. Rude employees — and not just snotty or abrupt, but belligerent and nasty. Worse, I brought in my Swiss Army Watch for a simple battery replacement and they managed to break the date feature. When I saw that it was broken and told them that it had been working fine before I brought it there, they told me they would fix it for $ 150. I would strongly suggest you never do business at this establishment — you have much better options in the vicinity.
