ShaQueen and Danelle V.

Business Owner

ShaQueen Valentine is certified in Cosmetology from Total Look Academy & Salons. She has also studied Design & Management at Parsons the New School for Design. Earlier in her career she interned at Warren Tricomi, Salon Shahin, and Noelle Spa, and has also held Hair Design positions at Enzo Riccobini Salon, Creations by Kathleen, and Regis Salons. She has done hair design for numerous private clients and exclusive events such as weddings, parties, fashion shows, theatrical casts, celebrity stylists, and more.

As of September 2012, Danelle Aune became Co-​Owner of Vanity Studio with ShaQueen Valentine. Danelle and ShaQueen are a strong unit. Vanity Studio is their second home. The salon’s location in Stamford Downtown allows them to be involved with the community. There is not another Vanity Studio. Vanity Studio offers everything hair to accommodate everyone in an environment where your treated like royalty at an affordable price. Vanity Studio is an experience and they welcome you!
