Service was ok, food ok, The only thing that I didn’t like, was that I found a bad oyster on my plate and I almost throw up. I told the waitress about it and she didn’t do anything about it. I expected at least a discount on the food or a good apology but nah I didn’t get neither. I would not eat oysters again at that place or go back.

Very good fish tacos. They give chips and salsa when you order to go too as well as dine in! Pay in cash because I don’t think they take card

Really like their food. So far I haven’t had any disappointments on any of their dishes. Love their shrimp ceviche! Only thing I dislike is their super loud jukeboxes it looks like now they’ve even added a live band and DJ on the weekends. Can’t hold a conversation due to the loud speakers.

Love the food, can get a little loud though so if you are planning on having a deep meaningful convo with someone, I would not suggest coming here.

The Worst hands down mariscos ive had in my 14 years living here in socal. Shrimp ceviche had no flavor and the ceviche in lime looked like mush mash potatoes. We paid $ 30 for 2 ceviches… ridiculous!

Eat here if you don’t want to talk to the party you came with. The karaōke singer is extreme loud, bad singers & the music blasts your ear drums. The shrimp ceviche I got was super spicy, the spiciest ceviche I’ve ever had compared to all the ceviche I had, it burned my mouth from loads of different types of hot peppers. The rude waitress basically told me that it’s Mexican food, what do you expect & charged me for it, even though I told her it burns my mouth. My friend’s seafood mix cocktail had no flavor. We will never come back here again, there are too many other fine Mexican restaurants around. We don’t need the abuse!

Terrible service. Got my order wrong then gave me hell. Their shrimp ceviche is garbage., they don’t even«cook» it in lemon, they just mix Raw shrimp with the veggies. The fish ceviche is solid. The prices are also ridiculous, $ 27(tax) for 3 ceviche tostadas… on average tostadas are $ 5! I’ve had authentic Mexican ceviche all over LA and this just doesn’t cut it— combine it with their crappy service: 1Star.

S side of Chapman slightly W of Dale I had been wanting to try this place for years and I’m glad I finally did. This place sits ever so humbly in the rear part of the shopping center so not really right near the street, but you can still see a sign for them. They’re very authentic and you know they’re doing things right because their clientele is all Hispanic, when I arrived they were doing Karaōke in Spanish, and even the bartender thought I spoke Spanish. You are not obligated to speak Spanish at all, but I assure you it would help! Service is still friendly, helpful, patient, and kind anyway. I guess my only issue which is kind of a minor one is the volume of the Karaōke. It was extremely loud making it kind of difficult to think, but if you think Karaōke is normally entertaining just imagine it in a completely different language than you are used to. She started me off with a round of their Tortilla Chips which were fresh and crunchy and they were accompanied by a Bean Dip(that tasted like Abuelita used to make) and some fresh home made red salsa. After that I had their Taco al Pescado(Fish Taco): which was one of the best examples of a non-deep fried Fish Tacos I’ve ever had. It had nice cutlets of tender, juicy, and grilled white fish that were swimming ever so lovingly in a thin tomato sauce with a lime slice to squeeze over it. As you can see there was not a whole lot of vegetation, but simplicity prevailed tremendously as this thing was deeeeeeeeelicious!!! I also ordered for curiosity’s sake, but could only eat half of their Burrito Mojado de Carne Asada(Wet Burrito): This thing was massive… like a Bro’s arm, but unfortunately was not as massive on taste. It came with beans, rice, I believe cheese, and cuts of Carne Asada then the tortilla was of course topped with Enchilada Sauce and cheese and there was a side of Sour Cream as well. While the steak had a pretty nice grill taste about it there was quite a bit of gristle throughout this burrito which was a little off putting. It’s an older building and there’s not much in the décor department. Seating comes in the form of booths and bar top seating. Their uniforms are made up of a Royal Blue Top and a short Black Skirt. There is plenty of parking in this Strip Mall Lot. This place is not really frequented by non-regulars so it is definitely time to change that! You can use card here, but there is a $ 1.50 charge.

The atmosphere is horrible! The music is way to loud! The service is pretty bad! However, I got a ceviche tostada chips & salsa & a side of beans for $ 6.95! So I will be back!!!

Come here a lot just for the fish tacos, which are crave-worthy. Not a chunk-of-fried-fish taco like you usually get, but white fish chopped into bite-size pieces in a light tomato sauce on soft tortillas with lime and spicy marinated carrots on the side. To die for! The mariachi music usually plays loudly, probably to chase out the gringos, so be prepared!

It seems like this place isn’t very well known except with the locals. Being the only two Asians in this place, we received a lot of stares as soon as we entered the restaurant. We came on a Sunday evening and there was karaōke going on so it was very loud. We tried two items on the menu: tostada de ceviche camaron & campechana super amigos. I personally did not like the tostada very much. The way they prepared the shrimp resulted in a «mushy» consistency which I did not enjoy. My bf had the campechana which is like a seafood cocktail. He mentioned that it was nothing special, but noted that the oysters tasted very fresh. Overall, it seemed like cool place to drink and have a snack, but I don’t think I would be coming back here ever again.

Authentic Mexican Food and cute servers. Sometimes they don’t understand completely what we order, but it’s ok… the food is delicious no matter what!
