I made a reservation and cancelled another hotel and three weeks later, I get an email saying they are canceling my reservation because they have rooms blocked off and made a mistake, I called to talk to the assistant general manager and she was very rude and said basically to bad but if I want I can check back weekly, I demanded to speak to the general manager she laughed and said good luck with that, he won’t be back till Tuesday and you won’t get it fixed and she hung up on me. I always stay at Marriotts and have never been treated like this and I will never stay at one again if this stands

We are Marriott snobs and this was right up there as a great place to stay. But be warned the breakfast bar is NOT for the junk food junkies!!! Whole wheat cinnamon buns ??? No sugar cereals at all… and the Canadian bacon was turkey bacon. We did not have a problem but it was entertaining to watch the sugar crazed folks expressions when they bit into the healthy foods…

This hotel was perfect. Clean, great breakfast, great service, nice rooms, great location — walking distance from great restaurants and stores nearby. They provided a pack n play for our toddler — highly recommend! We would stay their again!

This hotel is really not up to the same standard as other Springhill Suites I have stayed in over the past several years. In fact it looks pretty much like any older Residence or Hampton Inn that they decided to put the trendy new lobby furniture in.
It’s an ok place but not great. The people that work there are very friendly and the location is good as well.

I’ve stayed here a couple times and am not very impressed, especially when compared to other SpringHill Suites and Marriott hotels. The rooms are fairly small for «suites,» and the bathroom was a little dirty when I stayed here last time. However, the staff has always been very nice, especially when I called one time requesting to check in several hours early.

Ummm can we saw freaking awesome? I booked this place for a football weekend, and I got this place for a little over $ 300… for BOTH Friday and Saturday. Unheard of.
I expected it to be slightly questionable, considering the price, but I was pleasantly surprised at how decent it was. Room was nice (and had blue and white pom poms on the door to greet my best friend and I!) but the TV was in a weird spot. That’s a drawback for my friend and I who like making grandiose plans to go out places but then convince each other to sit in our beds and watch Storage Wars for hours instead.
Love that the room had a mini fridge so we can store our beers and water and laterades for the inevitable hangover after a Friday night drinking binge and a Saturday tailgate drinking binge.
I can’t even complain about bus ride to town for the game with a million drunk students acting super obnoxious and making Penn State look worse than it already is. For the price paid, it’s a steal. Plus, OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE is in walking distance. YUMMIES.
