I hadn’t gotten a great impression from this place because it looks pretty tacky from the outside but I thought that since I needed to get my eyebrows done and I usually go to Holiday Hair or Supercuts it should be fine, I was wrong! This was the worst experience I have ever had getting my eyebrows done by far. I walked in and the 5 people working there acted like I was interrupting something. There were no prices listed for services and I just asked if they did eyebrows and they said yes and proceeded to lead me to a chair. I told the woman what I wanted and she didn’t really say anything and acted confused and I clarified a little more and she still acted a little confused but started waxing so I assumed she knew what she was doing. I had to ask her to fix them a few times and she still didn’t understand but I didn’t want her to do anymore because she was clearly inexperienced so I just said it was fine but I could tell she wasn’t happy with how they looked either. Overall pretty horrible experience, I really don’t know if she had ever done eyebrows before. Steer clear of this place even for anything as simple as eyebrows.
