History

Established in 2007.

Alor Café was started by 2 partners with a light menu and desserts. Now owned by Chef Alex Orman, in 2015 Alor Café Bar and Lounge strives to offer a diverse dining experience worth the trip while still honoring our reputation as a premier crêpe venue. On weekends you will find a full brunch menu. During the week lunch specials and a dinner menu full of creative and tasty dishes as well as a full bar and an extensive wine selection.

Alex Orman O.

Business Owner

Chef Alex began his career at the prestigious Hotel de France, working with one of France’s premier chefs, Roland Garreau, and has served as chef at some of New York’s finest establishments, including the Russian Tea Room, Glen Oaks country club, City Hall, and Gascogne Bistro.

Alex received two gold medals from the Salon of Culinary Art of the Societe Culinaire Philanthropique. He blends his passion, culinary creativity, and expertise in every dish that is served at Alor Café.
