I just wanted to take the time to express my digust at the stores customer service. I called to ask if i could come in for a dress but i also asked if my measurements could be taken as i was looking to purchase a made to order dress online as well as purchase a dress in the store the woman who answered the phone was very curt and her tone was appalling. When i pass the store i often see no one there not even a mouse and now i know why because if they could talk to someone over the phone like that i could imagine in person looks like i will buy my bridal shower dress party dress at always a bridesmaid. The store has moved 3 times lets be real the location of the store is not the main problem. I also need to buy a wedding dress and will not go there as 4k for nasty attitude is just a price to high to pay.

Bliss Couture moved into Valentina’s lingerie shop. I love these two small businesses together. There’s a beautiful feminine energy throughout the boutique. My two daughters and I were bridesmaids this past September. Mary was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. I gained some weight and couldn’t zip my dress three weeks before the wedding. Sara the seamstress gave me until a week before the wedding to lose the weight. I did, and it was beautiful. I am so grateful to bliss couture for making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you so much Mary and Sara!

I was here twice-once for bridesmaid dresses and once for my future mother-in-law’s dress. The girls were very helpful and liked similar styles that I liked or wanted. They showed us items that carried the colors we wanted and steered us away from items that didn’t, so we didn’t have a chance to fall in love with a dress we couldn’t get. They have tuxedos and accessories as well. There are a lot of options and they help walk-ins. My friend recommended this place and so far the visits have not disappointed. My future mother-in-law ended up ordering a dress from here. I know I’ll be back soon in the near future for other dresses.

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses and my veil from this place. I did not have a good experience working with them. I read a lot of bad reviews but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt because Aleesa was very sweet and very helpful. When it came time to receiving the orders on time and following through with their time committments, it was a complete fail. I’m now left hoping that I get my veil two days before my wedding. The same veil that I had ordered months ago. They used to be Metropolitan Bridal on Lincoln Ave. Look them up. Same Owner. Same operations. just terrible. Just to give you an idea of the amount of unncessary stress. I ordered the veil in the beginning of august. I was told that it should be here at the end of Nov. With the storm, i was nervous called and got a hold of the owner. She said that my shoes were destroyed but the veil was okay because it wasn’t in yet and is still scheduled for the end of Nov. I called the last week of Nov. and the owner told me that it was lost in Sandy and that she had to re-order the veil but not to worry because it was already re-ordered and about to ship from Florida. I then called pretty much every other day and had no response from the owner. Finally i got an e-mail back to me at the end of Dec and said come in tomorrow, the veil is at the store. I send my sister to the store the next day to pick up the veil and not only is the owner not there, she’s away on vacation and on top of that the veil isn’t at the store. I spoke to another sales person, michelle and she promises that it will be in the following wednesday, jan 2nd.(p.s. my wedding is on jan 5th). Jan 5th comes around still no veil. Michelle assures me that the veil is en route and will be at the store by tomorrow Jan 3rd. At this point I’ve given up all hope on getting my veil in time and am just thankful that I didn’t order anything else from them. I would highly suggest that to save yourself from disappointment and stress and to order your things elsewhere.
