This bar gets crowded at times especially if there is a popular sporting event or they have dart night ect…
Let me tell you as a resident of Fremont avenue I wish they weren’t here. The drunks that come out of there and hang out in front and on street are loud and inconsiderate. One time a couple actually had sex along side of house next door. They have a big enough lot but people park all up and down the street anyhow. I guess they don’t want to be seen driving drunk out of a bar parking lot. I’m writing this after being woken out of dead sleep along with the rest of my family by a few loud obnoxious alcoholics making a scene laughing screaming and talking loud outside. This is a usual occurrence almost every weekend and sometimes during week. I’m sure a lot of my neighbors had woken up as well. If that didn’t wake them up I must have when I went out there to quiet them down and for that I am sorry. I open my front door and said ‘excuse me ’ about seven times each time a little bit louder to get the attention of these people. By time they heard me I was heated. I said can you be quiet please you woke up my family. It was then one of the woman screamed «it’s a bar !! In a drunken slur. I said well be quiet! They all laughed at me and cursed at me. So I yelled at them and cursed back. Now my wife is pissed at me. By the way it’s funny that most times it’s a woman’s voice that I hear first. They are the worst offenders. They cackle. So anyway they get in their car and speed drunk down block blowing their horn. You may say «why don’t you call police?» «Why don’t you call the bar?» Well that’s not an option since the two numbers that were listed for bar don’t work. When once in the past I did get through the bartender could not hear me on the phone. The cops never come and when they do they just drive by slow and keep going. A few years ago the bartender actually approached me a few times to express his discontent that I call cops on them. Imagine that? Now how did he know it was me? Once I met a guy who said he owned the place and he promised to do something but that never happened. If I can hear the noise in my sleep behind closed Windows how can the bartender a few feet away inside the bar not, unless he just don’t care. So tomorrow we have game two of mets series it will be same story. Monday night football also comes next then game three, I can see it’s gonna be fun this week. It is now 4:45 am and I guess I’m up for the night thanks to them. Oh what do you know. Unilocal requires there to be at least one star to post review. That’s wrong this place deserves none.

Place hasn’t changed much except their patrons leave glass beer bottles on the sidewalk and are often found broken. I’ll probably just be another person to call the cops on this place for their loudness at night and the trash their patrons leave around.

Pretty cool bar. Sort of hidden. Surprisingly busy on week nights especially if there is a sports game on.
Crowd is mostly regulars but there is a mix of older and younger crowds. Bartenders are very friendly and will give free rounds and even have a drink with you if you’ve been there for a while. No kitchen but you can order food delivery to the bar. Overall cool place to check out if you are in the area.
