I am the general manager at J&A VAPES i have been part of the vaping community for over two years and love helping people get off analogs and start vaping, i also lve hearing from our customers weather it is good or bad anything to help us better serve the vaping community of ny is welcomed. i am at our richmond road shop in grant city on tuesdays and thursdays 10am to 3pm or our richmond avenue shop bulls head monday, thursday 6pm to 10pm and friday 10am to 6pm stop by either shop and say hello

I actually laugh at people who like this shop, besides the fact that they have a fair amount of knock offs selling as real and they are just nasty most of the time; hey don’t get me wrong I’ve been in there a few times and the worker was friendly but 8⁄10 times they are nasty. I would not buy a mod or battery here ton of fakes if you want authentics and service with a smile-​no, service without nastiness go almost anywhere else.

Favorite Staten Island Vape shop. Excellent service, huge selection, staff is super knowledgeable. This is the spot if you are in Staten Island. Any time I have an issue, question, advice or just want to stop in and hang out J&A is the place. Owner operated by father and sons. Very good vibe.

Place is awesome. When I travel for work around the US I tend to check out vape shops, and this is one of my favorites (and is around the corner from my house which is a double plus). Besides having a good variety of things for both beginners and more advanced vapers the staff is extremely friend and don’t try to upsell you. The prices are very comparable to online for most things, so I would def recommend checking it out.
This will be my go to B&M vape shop in the event I need something or just wanna hangout and build coils.

Very unprofessional customer service. Purchased an Eleaf 50w istick back on October 30th. Battery function died after 3 weeks of normal use. Tried to return device on Nov 22nd. Was told to contact the company for replacement.

My boyfriend and best friend really likes this place. Their favorite vape shop on Staten Island. The staff is really friendly and informative.
Their juice selection is also top notch compared to other vape shops on Staten Island. Pink panties is my favorite.
They also have contests, like who can blow the most smoke contest lol my best friend participated in that and he had fun.
Plus free lollipops lol and plus it’s under alor café! So you can get some crepes right after lol.

Pretty good place. Solid staff that is helpful but expect prices to be bigger than what you see on the official sites online. This is woth every shop really, they need to make some cash but if you don’t want to wait for that 3 – 5 day shipping or its an emergency you can get most of your vape gear here.

This is hands down my favorite vape shop on Staten Island! it is a full blown lounge with snacks, drinks, and recliners to watch the games on, in addition to being a wonderful atmosphere where you can smoke your pens with ease and try many new flavors!
I hope they get some stronger nicotine varities in, at least a few 24/​30mg ones would be nice, but the tank and battery selection was election for a rookie like me. They even promptly no questions asked refunded and exchanged a broken tank for me, even refilling the ejuice that I had already filled the broken one with!
The atmosphere is extremely friendly, it is a young crowd, there is a pool table and they even have clowd blowing competions.
In the past I had to go to my friend’s shop in Brooklyn, MoVapes, to get service even approaching this level. Now though, I have a new vaping home right in my backyard. I can’t wait for my next visit!

I’ve been to two other locations on Staten Island for vape gear, and this is by far my favorite. It’s a great place, and the owner and employees make you feel very comfortable and welcome. It’s a nice, large, shop with plenty of lounging room, and extensive tasting bar and even a pool table. My husband isn’t as interested in vaping as I am, but I think I’ll be able to get him into this shop with me!
If I wasn’t so busy with work and the kids, I’d be in there all the time I think. Needs a tiny bit of work on the selection for gear, but I have full confidence that the owner will get there. He was a friendly guy, who displayed an interest in mine, so I’m sure he’s been interested in other’s gear as well to know what to get into stock. He wasn’t someone just trying to cash in on a growing industry. He seemed to be one of the owners who are genuinely interested in all things vaping, and therefore in a position to actually help his customers, not just sell them things. A+ place! Give it a try!

J&A is the place to go! Went to get my first vape to work on quitting smoking, walked in to a greeting and extremely friendly and helpful service. They’re absolutely stocked with all kinds of stuff for experienced vapers, but more than happy to help first timers like myself.
In addition to helping you find what you need, they have a huge variety of flavors and allow you to sample them as well. Went home with one yesterday and came back today for more, sat and sampled a bunch and walked out with two amazing flavors. Definitely give Unicorn Blood a try. Lots of creamy and smooth dessert flavors as well!
Whether you’re new to this like myself or an experienced user, J&A is the only place you need to go. Great hangout spot as well, with a nice little lounge area to just relax and enjoy and socialize!

Wether you are looking for a basic setup to quit smoking cigarettes or you are looking to get into sub ohm vaping and blow giant clouds J&A has everything you need.
They also carry with a massive selection of juices that you can sit down with and try until you find your perfect flavor (or 5 like I did).
They offer a cool environment with TV’s, seating and a pool table do you can hang out. Highly recommended, easily the best vape shop on SI!

I am an avid Vape enthusiast and J&A Vapes is far and away the BEST shop I have ever been too. Prices were the lowest I’ve seen anywhere and I was satisfied with their entire stock especially their mods but even more so with the large juice selection that had me trying flavor after flavor at the tasting bar. The whole place has a very relaxing lounge feel to it and I found myself at home while I watched the game. You really need to go there yourself to fully understand what I’m trying to say but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to try out vaping or wants an alternative to smoking cigarettes. I’m giving them 5 stars because the overall experience was unbeatable and far superior compared to other places on Staten Island such as Vapor World or Life made Easier.
