This place is a disgrace. This is what gives the name to «car salesman. My husband and I were looking for a Nissan Sentra that they had, we even had an appointment and asked if they sold it to simply just call and let us know it was sold. I showed up to the car being sold… Go figure. Then they directed me to a couple other MORE expensive cars… I found a 2004 Saturn that was in fairly decent condition. They told me that the price was 6995 and that for me they would do 6100 so will all expenses… Seemed a little weird they would just offer up a discount most of the time they don’t. So ofcourse I went home to look at it and low and behold online it was 4995! THATS RIGHT 2000 dollars less than what they were trying to make me pay. My husband called and confronted them about this and Nick Longo the «manager» lied and said that this car was only online for 5995 and not any lower. Later on Anthony the salesperson I was talking with told me that just for me they would give it to me for the price IT WAS ONLINE! And told me that it was an advantage to me for giving it to me for that price. This low life shops are the ones that make car shopping so incredibly horrible! I will never shop at any of the manfredi dealerships and for anyone I talk too they will know the horrible experience I went through. Oh and not to mention I have told Anthony SEVERAL times to not contact me but he is very persistent in his harassment. SHADY

I recently turned in a 2013 Traverse and picked up a 2016 Traverse — both leases.
Everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional, especially the salesman who
took care of me — Mike T. ! I’m 75 years old and I’ve been buying cars a long time, and
I’ve never been treated better. Also, when I’ve brought in my cars for service I have
always been treated politely and professionally, especially by Peter C. !

Yet again… I get a notice in the mail about a safety issue. The clutch system in the Corvette from 06 – 13 can fail causing the pedal to get stuck on the floor. If this happens come in to your dealer and get it checked.
I go in because this in fact does happen to my corvette. Drop off on Wednesday at 7am, get a call on Friday at 9:30am saying, We cannot get your car on the lift it is too low and we are afraid to break the splitter (Front Lip). HUH?
So i ask, what happens when a ZR1 corvette comes into the shop, you send them away?
My car is not lowered, it is a Z06 with a ZR1 lip, so your saying you cannot get it on the lift?
What about the previous times i was already here?
Every single time here EVERY service rep makes any excuse not to work on the car. I have reported them in the past to GM and will be doing so yet again for this visit.
3rd day the car is there and they are just now looking at it and telling me they cannot work on the car. I just recently bought a 2015 Jeep, do you really think if I was getting a Chevy I would even consider coming here? I can see good reviews for purchases, but what happens when you need service on that new purchase? Go somewhere else?

JUst don’t buy a car here, they’re assholes. Go to Jersey and you’ll be better off in terms of customer satisfaction. There was a finance manager there named Max who was the poster child of the douches you see in a car dealership. Arrogance, lying and not honoring the deal is the real Manfredi way. I will never return. I may be just a blip in the stream of cars they sell but I do spread the word.

I’d like to first off thank Stanley very much for helping me decide which veh to lease. I just picked up a chevy equinox. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles and how they compared to other cars. His swagg and mannerisms were indicative of an employee with many years of experience in his field. This car dealership seems in great working order. I went in early in the morning and received my vehicle the same day.

this place and these people blow! I bought my car there. i brought it in after a valve stem with sensor broke. i forget the service sales guys name but his office is on the far right closest to the car lifts. i pulled in they put the car on the lift and then the sales guy quoted me a price of $ 160.00 i laughed and said thanks. told him to take the car off the lift and went outside to wait for car. he came out a few min later with a new quote of $ 60. much more realists for the job. if my GF would have taken the car in and that guy gave her a price of $ 160 she would have said well if that what it costs then thats what it is and she would have paid it.
Another time i had trans problem while still under extended warranty. bring it in and and they say i cant get a rental until they diagnose it and wont be able to get to it for at least a week. I took it to Aamaco on clove road roger and joe worked with us and contacted warranty ppl and got me a rental no problem. they fixed it.
Today i called them regarding a radio issue. tried to explain it to the guy but the was short with me and kept saying to bring it in. he never even heard me out. this place sucks and the ppl are rude and rip off artists

i bought a used car from here. paid 13k for it. when i got the car it didn’t have a mat in the trunk that covers the spare tire. was told that they”ll have it in a few days. 1 month, many phone calls and emails later… no mat. still. complete bs artists, string you along the entire way. chevy, great car. manfredi, completely unprofessional. i will never purchase another chevy from here.

The service here was so good. We all read stories of how it can be overwhelming to purchase a new vehicle but didn’t feel that way here. Sales person wasn’t pushy or rude. Went to look at a Chevy in Queens & Brooklyn to which some just let me walk around & not assist myself. Vehicle I wanted in stock & within 3 days had a new ride. This was my 1st time buying a brand new car having owned used ones before but I felt was worthwhile. Sales man & finance personnel were on same page.
Though recently went to Manfredi Jeep & unlike staff at Chevy dealership I felt they just want to take the money & run.
