The types of services my company provides are as follows; Establishing company wide policies and procedures to ensure and mantain compliance with local, state and federal mandates; Implementing full cycle performance management related tasks from creating job descriptions, compensation plans, organization charts, employees reviews, training/development and succession plans; Always striving to secure a strong record of success creating and delivering sound talent management and acquisition programs, and thereby fulfilling my clients’ company goals and initiatives to ensure growth and success; providing ongoing analysis and recommendtions relating to company benefit programs including medical, dental, supplemental insurance and 401k plans.
History
Established in 2014.
I have over 20 years of Human Resources related experience. Over the course of my career, I was presented with many consulting assignments outside of my full time position. I decided to take on some of these consulting engagements providing they wouldn’t interfere with my currently full-time job responsibilities. I began providing consulting services on a project by project basis, because I was able to work on them during the evenings and on weekends.
In early 2014, I was packaged out of my full-time position. Sensing the external economics conditions that was impacting my company, I began putting out some feelers about a year prior. Through my tenacious search, I was able to attain several consulting assignments which provided me the momentum to create Trinity People Capital Solutions, LLC.
