Went today for a car wash and it was the worst experience ever. Not worth $ 16 for a horrible job. They have a sign that says ladies day ½ off ALL Day but when you go pay they said it’s only until 10am. Maybe it’s time for a new sign. Then my car goes in and out and I still had bird residue all over the hood of my car, they came and cleaned it after I showed them. The guy made me get option 3 to clean my dashboard but apparently that doesn’t include your cup holder. I asked him if they usually clean it he said we «dry wipe it and if the sticky stuff doesn’t off we leave it». Totally poor customer service and I would never return. Waste of time and definitely waste of money since now I still have to clean my insides.

Will never come back here, total waste of money and horrible customer service from a particular gentleman (tall/​thin man with a cap on). Such a shame I was treated so poorly as I live around the corner and would use them in the past. Not only won’t I return but I’ll be sure to let my neighbors know how people are treated here. There are many places to get a car wash, this one is crossed off for good!

Short story is that Victory ruined my leather seats. I paid for a shampoo of the carpets, but they took it upon themselves to attempt to repair damaged spots on my leather seats without consulting me and spilled a leather hardener which turned large portions of the seat to a rock-​like substance which rapidly tore upon use. Thank You Victory! Oh, and thank you Jack for denying you did this to my face after I watched it happen.

Here but I come often for cheap and good car washes. They always do a good job washing the car. I’m not looking to marry these people to my daughter, I just want my car clean and they do just that. The owner is a sweet hard working man and you can tell he cares for his customers. He is on a very familiar basis with me and asks about my family all the time. Great car wash at great prices. No complaints here

I been going to this location for many years for washing my car. The prices are great, the service good enough for a decent wash and the location is the best for me. Sometimes they do have their off days for who washes your car but doesn’t everyone? I would really recommend this car wash place to everyone since it’s very convenient located and they get it done quickly.

There isn’t much in life I love more then my car, so with that being said… Jack and the staff at victory auto spa are the only ones I trust when it comes to washes and detailing… They pay very close attention to detail, and my car comes out looking like it just left the showroom every time!!! Ive gotten everything from washes to oil changes, to body work to major repairs from them and I have always left feeling happy and secure that I know the job was done correct every time! They have become like a second family to me, and I would recommend them to everyone!!!

This place is pretty great in a couple of ways! I brought two of my cars here for inspections and everything went smoothly and I got a great deal for them both! In concerns to the cash wash itself, I brought my father’s 15 year old Toyota and it came out shining like a brand new car fresh odd the assembly line. Jack, the owner of the place, is a really cool guy as well from my experiences with him. He’s very friendly and always says hello whenever I being either of my cars around for him to look at or to have them washed.
For the price this place is pretty much unbeatable and all around its a solid place to bring your car!

I brought my car here for a detail last month and hung around for awhile to watch the job. The guys working on my car were totally dedicated to making it spotless, even going so far as to use special spray for removing the seemingly permanent stains on my rims, which was a job in and of itself. I was thrilled– my car is about 8 years old and it came out looking at least 5 years younger. They waxed and compounded the exterior, steam-​cleaned the engine, gave my tires a generous armor-​all coat, and at one point used the ends of paintbrushes covered in cloth to clean hard-​to-​reach crannies around my windows. They shampooed the stains out of my seats and mats and carefully cleaned my dash, console, and doors. The whole job took about 5 hours, and by that time my seats had dried well. It was honestly more than I could ask for and the guys were very kind. I’ll be back soon!

My car was a terrible mess. They did such a great job detailing and cleaning. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I would deff recommend them to others!

I don’t understand how it’s considered a hand car wash. Everything is done in machine. Nice staff. Owner was pre occupied doing nothing so one of the staff came in to ring me up. Left a nice scratch on my car .2÷10 go across the street

Did a great job detailing my wife’s car. Was very friendly and informative. Will Def be back.

If there was a way to leave ZERO stars for this place, I would have! I highly recommend that you DO NOT take your car here to be worked on mechanically. If you want to go for the car wash, go for it, but I suggest not even giving this business any of your hard earned money.
About a year or so ago, I brought my car here to get a routine oil change. It was a holiday and they were packed. That, however, isnt my issue. That statement is just to preface the fact that they did a rush job on my car and I suffered greatly because of it. When my oil change was complete, I was told that my steering wheel fluid was leaking and that I would need to get it repaired. As I couldn’t that day, I asked if it was an immediate issue or could I bring it back in a few days. He assured me that it wasnt a big deal and to bring it back over the weekend. About 4 days later while in another state, my previously great conditioned, never had any real problems other than a flat tire, car was making this violently loud sound. There was a truck next to me and at first, I thought it was him. I realized it wasnt and as I drove to a gas station that was in eyes sight, my check oil light came on my dash. I made it to the gas station, shut the car off and called a tow truck. I had no idea what was going on but new I couldnt drive on it. I got the car towed to my home so I could take pics and videos BEFORE giving it back to the shop because honestly, I dont trust all mechanics to be honest. While parked in front of my home, I checked my oil level (since my oil light had come on right before I pulled over). The stick came out DRY… like, bone dry. There was not a stitch of oil on the stick. How was it that 4 days prior I take a perfectly good car to get an oil change and then a few days later there is no oil left in the car? My dad looked under the car and it looked as though something was obviously not put back on securely which resulted in my oil leaking out during the days before. I guess the «steering wheel fluid» leak wasnt really the issue and had I known I was leaking oil and not the other, I wouldnt have driven on it those 4 days and got the car fixed! I called Victory Auto Spa and spoke with the manager who basically told me I was shit out of luck and that they didnt do anything wrong. I proceeded to add oil to the car to at least fill some of it back up so it wasnt dry because afterall, now I needed to get it back to the shop for them to look it over, even though they already stated its not their problem. After much thought I decided, no, they need to come get this car because I’m not risking driving on it. I called them and told them they needed to come with their own tow truck and pick up my car. After much argument, they did so. When they got there, I started the car so they could hear the sound and then I shut the car back down. About 2 hours later when they had, had the car, they call me and said that when they started the car, it started smoking and the engine basically seized and Id need a new one. No apologies, no sympathies, no nothing! I felt helpless. What am I supposed to do now? I didnt trust them and told them to stop working on my car and i was taking it else where. I towed it to a new mechanic to look over and to my surprise I was told that he found ANTIFREEZE IN THE ENGINE. What?! I asked if that’s common or something and he said, no… the only way it gets i there is if it was put there on purpose. Maybe thats why my engine seized! It felt like one big coverup. They didnt intend on making anything right, and I truly believe they sabotaged my car when they realized they were negligant. If I could truly get across to you all how much I despise this establishment, it wouldnt be enough. Words cannot express how I feel about the owners and the workers. Go find someone more reputable, like ZALOOMS. I love them. Genuine and honest. Thats what its about.

Well I wish I had looked here before I went for a detail here. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CAR WASH ON THE ISLAND. I am not even very picky with my car and had the worst possible detail job done. The owner met with me before the detail and explained all the wonderful work he would have his staff do to clean the car. We agreed on a day where I was able to leave it for 5 hours (seemed like a long time to me, but I was willing to leave it to have my car done well). So I dropped the car off. SEVEN hours later I was told it was ready. I expected a really good job since it took an entire day off of mine to get it done. Well, the outside looked decent. There were a few spots that weren’t cleaned, but I was willing to accept that. Then, I looked inside and I’m not even sure they attempted to wash anything besides possibly the mats that were still SOAKED! Mind you, I am one female adult driving this vehicle so it wasn’t anything major to detail. I made a list of areas they missed:
–windows looked like they had been attempted to be cleaned, but had smudge marks
–cup holders still had coffee stains all over them… along with the spilled coffee on the side of the holder (the main reason I came in, since a cup of coffee spilled. stains were still there and it still smelled)
–the back seats still had spots on them
–absolutely NO compartments were cleaned even though I emptied them out completely
–crumbs remained on steering wheel and other areas
–area where I pump gas was still black
–dust in vents
Needless to say I’m not even sure they attempted to clean anything beyond the wet mats. When I pointed all the areas out, they had a young girl «clean» my car. As she cleaned she spoke on her phone. Then they asked me if I was satisfied. Needless to say, not much had changed. After an hour and a half of pointing out the dirty areas again and again, as I waited in the cold, my vehicle was somewhat cleaner. It was by no means worth the cost of a detail. I didn’t have a vehicle for my entire day off then had to wait even longer as I pointed out (the same spots more than once in many cases) to the employees. After, I asked to speak to the owner (the man who promised a wonderful job). Eventually, they called the owner. The owner was beyond rude! He began the conversation by yelling at me and saying they spent all day on my vehicle. He wouldn’t let me explain myself at all. When I eventually explained myself he basically said what did I expect since he is cheaper! I told him I wouldn’t be paying $ 150 since the job wasn’t done as we agreed to and if I did I’d explain the situation to my credit card. He told me if I do that with my credit card I can’t have my vehicle. He was VERY nasty. Eventually he agreed to $ 120. Although the job and time I wasted was barely worth $ 50. I strongly suggest you steer clear of this headache!

The worst car wash on the planet… now you’re thinking on the planet ?? Worse than a car wash in let’s say war torn Sudan? YES … horrible amenities, horrible wash they have like three Mexicans in raincoats inside a large shower and they sell that as a brushless car wash. It’s such a dump, how they stay in business I will never know

I was bringing my car there regularly and noticed I had to tell them to paint the tires with the shine solution. Last time I was there they told me the Armourall was frozen so I paid regular price got no shine. Brought the car in yesterday and agin no tire shine until I told them to do so. The man i pointed it out to said the other worker does it, who was busy tlking to someone and completly ignored me. When I talked about the «Frozen» armourall he told me «it is included in the price» what does that mean «no shine but the same charges» From now on I bring my car to Scotties Atuo Spa on Richmond next to the BP station they may charge a little more but their service is always excellent and the waiting room is warm and comfortable.

I took my car here to get repaired from an accident I had got into after Sandy had happened. They did such a horrible job. Mind you, it took about a month & a half to get my car done, which should of been 2 weeks top worth of work. This guy Jack that was I guess the «owner/​manager» of the place would avoid my calls/​texts as to how was my car coming along. He kept telling me that my car would be ready the next two days, then two days passed he’d come up with another excuse of the car missing a part blah blah. My point is… Never to come here again! They did horrible. They should def be shut down or out of business.

I have seen this place many times and finally decided to try it. The initial prices and procedures are the same as others, you pick the service and they start to prep your car (which resulted poorly). The machines inside look poorly put together and proved to be as good as they looked. The water barely washed away the soap on my car. the the dryer failed to do anything. The young adults drying my car looked like they couldn’t be bothered. When they finished attempting to complete a simple task, I had to have one of them walk around the car with me. I pointed out many spots that they failed to dry (obvious ones like a line of water on my door). The worst part was the soap that they put on was never washed off by their machines, so all they were doing was rubbing the soap in to my car paint. After leaving the establishment, I noticed they barely even cleaned the inside. They failed at giving the car a basic vacuuming. I drove 5 mins away, parked my car and it looked terrible. The car had dried water lines and soap all around it.
